Staff frustrated and rude. They have 24 hours coffee check came over and watched me like I was stealing something. They were rude and talked about her schedule before checking me in. Room clean pool wash refreshing. Overall I'd say only stay there if no other choice.

Great bargin for the money

I was very happy overall. I usually stay at the Hampton. The room was clean and simple. little tacky with the color scheme. Loud heating system and Luke warm water but for the price I was happy!!

Place to sleep and change clothes

down for graduation at the base. Breakfast was really slim. Only one choice of fruit-same both days. No yogurt.

Smoky hotel near everything

The only reason I rate this hotel with 2 star is because it's conveniently located near everything (food, shopping, interstate, etc). First off, I booked a non-smoking room via Expedia over one month ago. Upon arrival to hotel, it wreaked of smoke. I was skeptical. Once arriving to our room, we could hardly walk in because of the horrendous smoke smell. So we went back downstairs and told the girl at the desk and the owner. They immediately blamed it on Expedia stating they blocked our room as smoking. I showed her a copy of my confirmation that said non-smoking. Since they were booked, we were unable to get non-smoking. And since it was late, we had no choice but to stay in this filthy hotel. The next day I called Expedia customer service only for them to tell me they cannot guarantee smoking or non-smoking. I've booked with Expedia for years and never had this problem. This was the last time I give my money to Expedia. I am more than displeased. My friends and family will also be made aware that Expedia was less than understanding.

I am sorry your reservation was made for the wrong type of room, but just because you could smell smoke does NOT make this a filthy hotel!

Cons: The room decor and bed linens needed to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable.
I felt like the room and hotel were in need of a make-over. The staff was very helpful and kind, but my bed was very uncomfortable and the room accessories were old and outdated.

Close to Ft. Leonard Wood Military Facility

Pros: It was clean, room rate excellent and our room had a microwave and small refrigerator.
Cons: The tub/shower itself needs to be replaced. Vanity area is way too small.
Location: Two great restaurants were just across the street, Cracker Barrel and Route 66 Diner. Other restaurants were just
The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The size of the tub and toilet area was actually good. The vanity is outside the actual bathroom, which is fantastic, however, it is way too small. There isn't enough room on either side of the sink to have much of anything out. The distance from the edge of the sink and the wall is about six inches on each side.
