Clean great room

AC didn’t work too good

We were traveling through and thought we’d give this hotel a try due to the fair rate and good reviews. We booked two rooms and arrived about 9:30pm. Both of our rooms were dirty. My daughter pulled back the bedding and there was a “wet” spot with pubic hair on the bottom sheet. So the bedding was not changed or even really cleaned in between guests. We requested new bedding for all beds. We had to go down and get the bedding and put it on. They only have one person working at that point of the day. The bathroom floor was dirty. House keeping did not do their job. The guy at the front fest didn’t seem concerned or surprised. It was completely disgusting and will not stay there again if we pass through Casper again.

Had a reservation for late at 11 pm. They were aware. Arrived in the lobby and no one was there to check me in. The desk phone said dial zero for after hours support {10 pm} for late check in and I would be helped. I dialed zero 15 times with no answer and spent 40 min in he lobby trying to book another hotel. What a joke!
