The hotel, breakfast, pool, friendly shuttle driver and helpful front desk staff were amazing. The only challenge was taxis to Rome or the airport or Rome city are very pricey. There is a convenient bus that goes to Ostia Antica and there is a shuttle to the airport but the cost is higher than you’d expect. This Hotel is great for a day visit to Ostia Antica Park which is very worth spending the day but not for a day trip to Rome city.

I am not recommending this hotel , the recipient was very rude with myself , also gave me room not clean and someone used before , after complaining they took me another room , no standard breakfast was provided also you pay a charge!

Dear Alla,Thank you for spending your time to write a feedback of your experience in out hotel.I would like to remind you that upon checking in the staff told you that the breakfast wasn't included and all the services like the SPA and late check out are not complimentary.If you choose to stay in a place, there are certain rules to follow. If the check out is at 11 am, you cannot decide on your own and leave one hour later. If you book a massage, you need to pay for it because the treatment was done, You told us to call the police in such an arrogant way, and yes we called them and gave them all the details of your stay and what happened.We do not tollerate self-entitled people.Kind regards.

The masseuse is super kind and it was very relaxing. The spa was also nice. My room was super clean and had good AC, not sure why many said there was no AC. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The staff wasn't the most welcoming or hospitable. We booked 2 rooms and we had issues with one of them. This particular hotel supposedly had air conditioning. After many attempts with getting the air conditioning to work, with raised the issue with the front desk. They said that it wouldn't get any better than that. We asked if we could move to a different room but they said no and gave us a fan. Also, the gym was supposed to be open during core hours and it wasn't. Each time, we had to get assistance from the front desk. The front desk was not approachable. I had to wait several minutes for one of the front desk staff to acknowledge me and get the gym door open for us. We also witnessed, nearly every day, someone complaining about the service or the rooms. Customers are definitely not a priority at this hotel. It would've been a pleasant stay if the staff was better and accommodating.

Worst hotel I ever stayed.. when I ask for the jacuzzi first the guy say I have to make a reservation the. I ask the lady and she said it was under construction no iron in the rooms. Also they tried to charged me twice for the taxes.. the guy said I can ask for anything in the bar which was included no laundry roo When they said it was a laundry room very very disappointed and also the air conditioner was not cool enough

The staff was nice, but the spa and indoor pool do no exist. No local dining, we ordered pizza delivery, unable to walk anywhere. If you just need a comfortable room and outdoor pool, it's fine. But the amenities description is inaccurate.

Ostia Hotel was a great experience to us, nice service people, nice rooms, beautiful property, pool with clear wáter and kids enjoying and playing around was just a plus and fun. Ostia hotel thank you for making a pleasant experience of our visit. Taxis won't to take you from the Airport, the Hotel is too close to the airport and they can't charge you higher so they rather to not drive you to the hotel, we had hard time looking for taxi and we arrived at midnight due to flight delay.

This is a large hotel and was able to take our booking at very short notice. The room was comfortable and had a good shower room but they did not supply a tea/coffee tray. The night porter was extremely helpful when our taxi to the airport didn't arrive and kept phoning the taxi driver and other taxi companies to attempt to find another company to drive us.

I specifically booked this hotel to be near the airport and to use the airport shuttle. Their airport shuttle is extremely over priced. I paid $50 euro to get to the hotel the night before my flight (which is the cost to get me to the airport from rome anyway). Then the morning of the shuttle cost me an additional $35 euro for a less than 10 minute drive to the airport in a shuttle with 5 other people. They also charged me for breakfast when I told it was included when I called to ask. It’s not a great space the man that checked me in when I arrived was lovely but otherwise disappointed with the staff, hotel and over all experience

Don’t stay here. Too far from the Archeological park. They advertise that they have a “Turkish Bath”, when we ask to see the spa area staff didn’t know anything about it. The rooms are tiny with camping style showers. The amount you save by staying here cost you more in transportation fees!

This is a non smoking hotel but, throughout my stay, the second floor hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke . I let the front desk know but nothing changed. The bathroom had a visible and significant patch of mold on the wall. Pool is nice but small. I don't recommend this hotel for families.

There must be some miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia. On the Expedia listing it says there is a shuttle pick up from the airport but when we arrived and called them to pick us up they said they don’t do that. We ended up lining up for a taxi which not all cab drivers like to drive there for some reason. Another miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel is how Expedia categorize “children”. On the website it says up to 17 yrs. But in reality it’s up to 6 yrs only. We had to pay extra for my two teen daughters (15 and 16 yrs old). On the bright side, The staff was nice and accommodating. Our room was clean. This hotel is close to the airport but far from the city of Rome.

Pool was great, especially in heat. Bus stop right in front. To get downtown Rome anywhere from 50-90 minutes but doable and buses go fairly late. Transit to Lido and beach within 30 min. Nice patio to hang out in. Air conditioning good. Rooms nice and spacious.

Cute boutique type hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and coffee bar on site. Nice yet somewhat Spartan room. Comfortable bed… Plenty of hot water, however the water pressure was not that great...perhaps because we were on the second floor?. Had a cool balcony that we enjoyed overlooking the pool area, which was also very nice. Overall, we really liked this place

Ostia Antia Park Hotel
I was disappointed that many of the services mentioned on the website were not available. For example, there was no restaurant on site, no room service, or no airport shuttle for 15 euro. The hotel wasn't within walking distance of anything to support an extended stay. There was basically one restaurant nearby but it had limited hours that it was open. The staff at the desk were very pleasant and helpful though and the rooms were clean and quiet.

We had four main issues: (i) ants were everywhere in our room; (ii) the air conditioning didn't work (we told the desk several times); (iii) the mini-fridge didn't work (we lost a lot of food in it); and (iv) the cleaning staff were loud early in the morning every morning, waking us up.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and the property is very nice. The air conditioning was a bit less than adequate in the hot days we spent there, and while there is an excellent restaurant close by, others were a 15 minute walk (or short bus ride) away. Overall, an interesting town and nice hotel.
