Best hotel stuff ever. Delicious breakfasts delivered directly to room, wonderful location just 10 away walk from Vatican City. Only advice is to avoid room next to hotel entrance, it causes some noise when people came back on night to their rooms.

Innocenzio the receptionist was AMAZING. So kind and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for the Metro and the bus. Its walking distance to the Vatican museums and st. Peters square. The metro and bus are eaat to use to ger to the tourist destinations. The breakfast each morning was a hit for my party of 3. Amongst the favorites were the cappuccinos, pistachio croissant, and berries yogurt.

Great location
Great location for visiting Rome. It is a block from the metro and 5 mins from the Vatican. The staff are great and we enjoyed the free breakfast every day.

Very nice staff, provided us the breakfast during the night as we needed to leave very early in the morning (I didnt get his name, it was a guy with a glasses). The hotel was also close to the attractions. The room is lovely. We booked the one with the balcony.

Loved getting breakfast in our room each morning and the coffee was awesome. Being close to the Vatican was also a good location. And the best feature was the Metro Station right outside the building. Thank you for all the guidance.

This B+B was recommended to us by my parents and met all of our expectations and then some! The staff is amazing and the service is top notch. Great breakfast delivered to your room, secure and safe, clean and roomy, we can't wait to return to 207 Inn when next in Rome.

A wonderful surprise in Rome
From the moment we arrived at the front desk and we're welcomed warmly, our experience at 207 Inn was very positive. We were shown to our immaculate, nicely furnished room (that had very comfortable beds) with big windows that looked onto a lively, fun, easily accessible neighbourhood. So often when you see pictures booking online you are disappointed when you arrive, this was not the case - it was even nicer. We enjoyed how easy it was to get everywhere (subway and multiple buses on the corner) the old city is only a 5-10 minute walk, yet wasn't overcrowded like a lot of touristy areas. The best part was the staff from the lady who brought us breakfast each morning with a genuine smile and "Buongiorno" to Innocenzo - front desk/manager - who helped us with everything: directions, suggestions, holding luggage to offering water when we returned hot and sweaty - 207inn is lucky to have him. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended!
Innocenzo is so kind and accommodating. He has a very excellent customer service! He made sure that we are all comfortable with our stay. He not only provided our needs, he also anticipated. He offers before we even ask for it. Breakfast are awesome! You get to pick what you want to be served. It is an excellent idea to serve the breakfast in your room! We felt like home! Thanks for everything Innocenzo! You truly are a valuable employee!

Great staff, great location
Found the hotel easily. Very conveniently positioned next to the metro station. The staff are very helpful and overall the facilities were fine for a long weekend. Our room had a lovely little balcony for breakfast but the room it’s self (and the ensuite were fairly small, but very adequate and clean. Would certainly go back.

EXCELLENT STAFF AND EXPERIENCE
I rarely write hotel reviews but I took the time to write this review because of my great satisfaction of my stay at 207 Inn. Innocenzo gave me the best service and he accomodated every request that I made, including taking care of my luggage while I took the day to explore Rome after my stay. The breakfast was excellent. The location is very close to the Vatican and the metro station to explore the rest of Rome. I highly recommend 207 Inn and thank Innocenzo for providing me with an excellent experience.

Cute hotel close to Vatican
After reading other reviews i was expecting the worst, but actually it was a good hotel with friendly stuff. You get to choose what you want for breakfast, which will be delivered to your room. There was a bit of noise, but i came prepared with earplugs. The location is super close to Vatican.

If you need and want to live basically...
We choose the 207 Inn for its proximity to the Vatican which is right around the corner. The room itself was of good size but quite basic in furnishings. The bed pillows are awful and made a restful sleep almost impossible! We did feel secure since it takes 3 keys to get in the front door, the door to our set of rooms and one for the room. The key for the room, however, was problematic; in fact, we cursed each time we used it because it took force and unnecessary amount of work to access the room. The supplies for the room are sparse. We would have appreciated kleenex and some hooks on which to hang things in the bathroom. The wire hangers in the wardrobe are old - perhaps left by the nuns? There is a bit of night street noise if that is bothersome. We kept the window open for the movement of air so we just dealt with that noise.

I do recommend, but know what your are getting. The hotel is located on the second floor, in an urban area building. Street vendors start setting up daily at 6am. The hotel is located above McDonalds, which is a hangout for youth on weekend nights. The hotel is also located near a major hospital, which means sirenes are frequent, it is also located above a metro line so you hear the metro. The shower is very small, but has great pressure. All that said, it is a great place in a great location for access to transportation and great food. Most restaurants we found were exactly what you want (small, traditional, great, not expensive). Other than the Vatican, St Peters, and the Sistine Chapel which are located about 5 blocks away, all other major sites are located just a few metro stops away. The hotel only has about 10 rooms, and none of the employees work at night.

Great location by the Vatican. Loved having a terrace with a lemon tree and the daily breakfast brought to your room was a rare treat. Street vendor market below the room so a lot of traffic and noise, but closing the shutters helped. We had a two stays there once coming into Rome for a couple days and then for one night before flying home. Both time although the room was prepaid, the staff asked for payment again. We were able to show proof of payment through Expedia however it felt like it could have been an attempt to collect more money. This was the only real negative. Would return there if ever back in Rome again.

Noisy, cold but close to Vatican.
This is not a hotel. It's a B&B if you can call it that. Too small for more than two people. The upside is that it's very close to Vatican City, shopping and places to eat as well as the metro. The plumbing was good with lots of hot water. The down side is it's very noisy 24/7. It's on an ambulance route and they go by very often with sirens blaring. There is a McDonalds downstairs which can be a plus or minus. There are venders setting up and tearing down stands right under the windows everyday. We stayed in December and it was very cold. The bathroom was like an icebox. Breakfast was instant coffee and croissants. We never got a working remote for the tv even though we asked several times. Do not stay if you want a quiet place.

We really enjoyed our stay at 207 Inn. The room is small but very clean modern and cozy. Great balcony. Near the metro and walking distance to the Vatican. Has cute market right when you walkout the door. We would stay again.

Its ok for 1 or 2 nights, it's not a hotel, it's in an appartement building and the doors are very hard to open, continental breakfast ok, not much choice and they brigh it to your room in the morning, no place to sit, but overall it's a good 3.9/5 and clean.

Late arrival is a disaster
Room with bathroom was clean and good size. Unfortunately, the late check in was very dissapointing. We informed the hotel staff by phone and by email about our late arrival and nobody was there waiting for us. Another person staying in a hotel opened a door. The staff member arrived only in two hours and asked to pay 20 euros. We were so angry. Breakfast was poor: instant coffee with croissant and juice. Also, we had a problem with water flush in a toilet on a first day. After one flush we had to wait an hour for a second flush. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

207 Inn can't tell me who I am going to sleep with
Horrible experience. Paid for quadruple room with 1 double and 2 single beds to be shared between 3 adults. Received-1 double and 1 single bed. Receptionist-limited English-blamed it on hotels.com and was not able to do anything. After a 12 hour flight, I spent 3 hours trying to remedy the situation. Fortunately, she could not dictate who I am going to sleep with or share the bed with. Her attitude was "I don't give a darn", not my problem. Luckily, hotels.com agent Maze stepped in and re-accommodated us to a different hotel.

The location was good next to the metro and close to the Vatican. However, it's disappointing in other areas. Breakfast is only a coffee, a juice and ONE item from a list of 5 or so and is only served 8-10am. You can't change the time you want your breakfast and if you check out early, nothing for you. The room had 2 feet on either side of the bed, no phone, no coffee/tea kettle, tiny tv (not that we used it - no idea if it works), tiny safe, little storage and a broken toilet (functional but broken). If you only plan to be in your room to sleep and dont mind a slight camping feel it'll do. Bed isn't so comfortable, pillows were gross and there was nothing really too nice. I will say though the one morning we were there for our breakfast they served it on a tray using a nice china set. It was the only 20 minutes of luxury we had there.

Vacation to Rome
The hotel was in a good location for visiting the Vatican. The room was very clean and large enough to be very comfortable. Every morning they provided a tray to your room with breakfast items you selected while checking in. The food was excellent too. Great place to stay while in Rome. The hotel is only 1 block from the Metro station.

This was just OK.
This was just OK for one night before going to the airport. The keys did not work well and mine got stuck in the door to the 2nd floor hotel. Needed help from staff. Elevator was passable. One light was out and when they replaced it , it was still not very light....standard for most places. The shower was good and hot and the small balcony, a plus. We were up before being able to have their breakfast, which was not until 8am. Very good location though for a short walking view of St Peters and a nice walk to Piazza Navona.

We love the 207 Inn! We were very close to the Vatican and other areas of Rome. It has been upgraded since our last stay here. The breakfast was filling and delivered to our room right on time! Thanks 207 staff. See you again on our next trip.

I enjoyed my time there. It was reasonably priced, very nicely located near the Vatican and the metro. They provided breakfast each morning which was nice. Cons might be that the bed was a little hard and they might ask you to pay to keep the front desk open if you have a late arrival. In fact, in general there's not anybody at the desk. That wasn't a problem for me as I was out and about in Rome most of the time, though. If you're just looking for a base camp while in Rome, not a bad option.

Outstanding location, value for money!
From outside, the inn seems to be unimpressive, because of the market stalls set up in front and around. However, the staff is very friendly and cordial. The inn is newly renovated so the inside really looks nice and cozy. It is very clean too! More so, it's location is perfect. Just a block from the Metro. Very close to shops and authentic restaurants. I would highly recommend this who wants comfort and value for money.

Staff spoke a bit of English, communication went well. Room was clean enough, no AC when we where there (but it was not really needed at the time we visited, not sure how it is in the summer time though, if they have AC or not). Our room was to the street and with the windows open at night it gets noisy. The Breakfast was nice, it's brought to the room and you can choose the day before what you would like (Note: You can pick more than just one thing!, ?Just asked them to add whatever else you'd like). Location for us was great, just a few minutes walk from the Vatican / Vatican Museum. There is a little fridge in the room and a lot of stores around the Inn to buy groceries.

Very close to the Vatican. The place is clean with air conditioning. The street may be a little noisy and messy (trash dumps right outside of the window and street vendors etc) but the overall experience is good. One thing on the shower, maybe they can have something there to hang clothes or something on

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, ten minutes walk from the Vatican and in an area that felt very comfortable and safe. Guests should be aware that there is a fee for checking in late, after 8:30pm. Breakfast is brought to the room, and might be a bit smaller than what other hotels in Europe serve, but was still very good.

207Inn is in an excellent location, just around the corner from the entrance to the Vatican Museum and a short walk to the MetroStation. While it's on a busy road it was quiet at night until the flex market people arrived about 6:30am to start setting up. Hotel staff were accommodating with breakfast time and keeping our bags until later in the afternoon on check out day.
