部屋は良かったが。。。

hotels.comには明記されていなかったのでhotel到着時にホテル前の道路が工事で道が塞がっており、ホテルロビーも改装中でエリアにはお手洗い無し、HPを確認して初めて事態を把握。私達の部屋はリフォームが完了してたのが不幸中の幸い。ルームサービスには電話がつながらず、毎回フロントからオーダー、朝食?で親子体調不良、ソファベットは毎日出しっ放し。

We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience occurred. Regarding your comments on the access to the street, we wish to inform you that the Roman Municipality suddenly decided to start a complete refurbishment of the Via di San Basilio and for this reason the street is currently closed. We sent the information to all the agencies in order to deliver the message to the Guests who did not book directly with us. We are sorry to read about this lack of communication and we apologize again if this caused any problem at arrival time. The Aleph Hotel Rome is going through a complete renovation and, in order to transform our hotel in a landmark of the Roman hospitality, we feel we should to inform you that the hotel Ownership has decided the following period of closure for 2016: from September 1st to December 1st We really hope you will consider returning to the Aleph Hotel when the renovation is over; we will be very glad to offer you a special treatment and a memorable experience with us. Pros: el diseño
Cons: detallitos como lo de los telefonos
Location: muy centrico, cerca de via vittorio veneto
lo unico es que el telefono no servia y era dificil de controlar (Por ejemplo: de apagar una luz azul que era muy fuerte para dormir), el telefono del baño no se quedaba colgado entonces se caia y caia. Lo demas excelente, solo fue algo MUY menor lo de los telefonos.

Great hotel except for.....

The hotel was FANTASTIC, except for the renovations they were doing that woke us up every morning except Sunday. Was as loud as it can be. Felt like it was on the other side of the wall. They did give us free shuttle service to the airport for the inconvienience. Would have rather paid to get to the airport and slept an hour or two longer. Front desk was EXTREMELY helpful with getting us train tickets we needed, and helping us plan our days. VERY good front desk service !!

Beautiful hotel in Central Rome

The staff were attentive & smart, the hotel facilities were good, the rooms were clean & newly done. The lighting system took a bit of practice, all very modern. There were renovations being carried out when we were there, but these did not cause problems, & we were aware of them before we arrived. Overall we had a very quiet and relaxing experience

Nice hotel, but very noisy because of construction

Hotel is great, but they were doing major construction during our stay and we weren't notified about it before we booked. There was also a constant hum in the rooms that they never fixed, so the entire experience was pretty noisy. They should have reduced the price by half because of this major inconvenience. We came from California so we really wanted peaceful sleep and that was hard to get here. Everything else was great, but it's a pricey hotel.
