Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. Oprah Winfrey murdered my family in Oct 2008 and black org crime kidnap pretending an arrest . Best of luck world we once enjoyed-

Quiet Rome
Super hotel situated in a quiet area just outside of central Rome. Rooms are quiet, large and comfortable. Staff are professional and friendly. Plenty of places to eat nearby and easy to get a taxi into Rome

Hotel itself is on quite a busy road, but it’s a lovely area close by, especially the park. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice

Excellent hotel in a beautiful part of Rome. Easy cab ride into City Centre but also has some excellent places within walking distance to eat and drink. Rooms and service immaculate

Great host, amazing location
Nikolina is a great host. She helped us through entire processed and followed up closely. The location is perfect, in the middle of the old downtown. The unit we stayed has a separate kitchen and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a futon for extra ppl. It was all clean.

Would recommend this hotel, lovely place & friendly staff... Would be much better if they had a pool but you can't always get what you want lol, room is always clean, breakfast standard really.

The reason for booking this hotel was its proximity to the Appia way. We wanted to hire bikes and cycle along it. In the evening the hotel reception were not particularly knowledgeable,but thought the morning staff would be more helpful. Again completely clueless. It may be suitable for a business hotel, but for our needs it failed miserably.

The hotel was nice, the room was beautiful and the gardens were pleasant, although it was about 30 minutes from the city center. As a New Yorker, taking transportation is not too much of a bother, but the bus is not the most diligent schedule-follower, so it usually took a while to get where we were going. There was little WiFi in our room, which is inconvenient, although not the worst thing in the world. We had to sit in the reception lobby in order to use our electronics. It seemed that a lot of people were having this problem, but the staff did not seem to do anything about it. Overall a comfortable stay with slight inconveniences.

Not What We Expected - Disappointing
Our 1-day stay (after 8-days in Siena) before returning to the US (via Barcelona) - overall dissapointing. We weren't in main hotel and had small room in adjoining building. It was a challenge to get the A/C working and it would have been great idea to advise guests returning from dinner in Rome to use the buzzer to get back in -- after 10pm the gates lock and had to guess how to get back in. Free Breakfast very basic. Shower very basic.

My husbannd and I spent 2 nights here recently. At first we were given a room on the 1st floor and it smelt of stale cigarettes. They changed us straight away and after that we had no problems at all. It would be nice if the 664 bus timetable were displayed in hotel. It is a long walk to Colle Albani (to the underground). I would stay here again.

I thought that the hotel would be too far away from the city centre but the transport system costing only 1 euro for a trip or 4 euro for unlimited daily travel is superb and it takes just 20/25mins to the main terminus,with easy onward access.The hotel staff were very welcoming and full of information(also check out the monthly whats on guide)the room was of medium to large size very clean comfortable,breakfast was also plentiful coffee strong and hot.All in all an exceptional hotel at this price we will certainly stay again.

Hotel 4 (meritate) stelle di impronta classica ed elegante situato in zona facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho usufruito di una bella camera doppia uso singola spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Buona la colazione a buffet di tipo continentale. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire del ristorante che la domenica è chiuso ! Comodo il parcheggio coperto.

Comodo il parcheggio. Piuttosto decentrato. Camera ampia. Da rivedere la pulizia. Ho trovato il copriletto macchiato (però cambiato subito su richiesta) inoltre le tovagliette della colazione vengono semplicemente spazzolate dopo l’utilizzo. Stanze grandi

Mi permetto solo di far notare, in merito alla posizione dell hotel, che questa è segnata sia sul sito di Expedia e in merito alle tovagliette della colazione, sappia che solitamente vengono igienizzate quotidiamente a fine colazione.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück Buffet reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels nicht im Zentrum aber an der Appia strasse die auch ins Herz von Rom führt. Grosszügige Parkgarage. Wir kommen wieder in dieses Hotel.
