Great hotel, centrally locatedPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: The entire staff made us feel we were the most important guest at the hotel. And the rooms are soundproof.
Cons: Don't change a thing, this hotel is perfect
This hotel was fantastic. Located walking distance to all of Rome's main attractions and close to the train station. The hotel is 5 star quality. Modern rooms with all amenities. The mini bar is free and is restocked daily with water, soda, juice, beer and snacks. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included different specialty items daily. The maitre d made sure every guest sampled all of the food that was offered. The hotel staff, Valentine and debra, went out of their way providing directions, recommendations, taxis and breakfast to go. The bellstaff was also great with providing taxis and directions. We enjoyed our stay so much, we did not want to leave. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel near Piazza del PopoloPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: A refined, cool and modern elegance.
Cons: The Ambrosia restaurant needs revamping.
Location: Within walking distance of many great Roman attractions, except the Vatican.
We arrived very tired in the evening and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. We were also upgraded to a deluxe room, which may account for quite a bit of this positive review. This is a great place, with a refined, modern elegance and a professional staff. Room was most comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of good food selections. The only disappointment was the Ambrosia dining room with the roof terrace. The food was pretentiously inadequate and expensive, while much of the wait staff hadn't gotten the "be friendly to customers" memo. Since we only went on one rainy night and most would eat out at the great restaurants and trattorie in Rome, this is a fairly minor quibble. Otherwise a double thumbs up. Hard to imagine here is a better hotel in Rome in this price range.

Impeccable hotel all aroundPosted Oct 3, 2015
This is an outstanding hotel and I can recommend without any reservation whatsoever. The hotel was impeccable in all respects. The staff is incredibly friendly, respectful and helpful. Our room was the cleanest i have ever seen in a hotel. The room was very nicely decorated and the minibar is complementary. The rooftop restaurant, Ambrosia, is very nice with a great outdoor seating area and the prices are not too bad. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini station and the subway. It is also fairly close to the Forum and coliseum. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Centrally located. Very clean and the staff was wonderful. The room we stayed in was a bit small for us. Overall, we had a fabulous experience.

First Class Hotel!Posted Sep 25, 2015
The hotel has the look and feel of a five star hotel. Opulent and elegant in a central location at a reasonable price. The hotel appears to be very new and the rooms are well appointed and furnished in elegant modern furnishings. The bathrooms even have phones and full sized mirrors with LED lights embedded in them. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. When we lost our camera, one of the desk staff tried to track down the taxi company we used to see if we left it in the cab. The in-house restaurant and breakfast buffet are very good as well. The pricing is reasonable and the quality of the food is very good. Near flawless and absolutely clean! Our best hotel experience ever!

Anniversary in RomePosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Excellent service. The staff were all polite and very helpful. This hotel is perfectly located with most attractions within a 15 minute walk.
Cons: It would have been nice for the room to have had more information on the amenities - where they were and how they worked.
Location: The hotel was on the Via Nazionale. Most of the must see attractions were within a 15 minute walk - if not then a taxi was always available outside.
As this was our 10th wedding anniversary we asked for flowers and wine to be in our room on arrival. Not only did they provide these the hotel also gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. We were also given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. We even had our own balcony !! There was an excellent selection for the buffet breakfast and the restaurant on the seventh floor was superb. The free mini bar was all a plus point.

Amazing Hotel ExperiencePosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: Staff was very helpful. The free breakfast was amazing. The spa was awesome. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: I can't think of anything
Location: The location was on a popular street with many things to do. Close walks to major attractions and great local food.
First off, the hotel staff went over and beyond to make our stay in Rome the greatest. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It was our honeymoon and the hotel staff sent us champagne and snacks. The spa in the basement of the hotel was absolutely amazing. We frequented the restaurant upstairs because the staff was awesome and the food was great. The breakfasts in the morning were phenomenal as well. All around a great experience and the location made it very easy to get to all of our destinations. Thank you, Hotel Artemide! We'll be back!
