The property was overall very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. I did struggle with finding my way around at certain times, although the bus nearby was very useful. It is important to note that the location was further out of town than it appeared to be. The wifi was slow and unavailable in certain areas and rooms.

The staff at bellambrianna were very helpful giving us the best advice on travel and places to visit. There is a free bus to the metro station and 18 euros for a 72 hour pass on the metro this got us everywhere we wanted to go. Never waited more than 5 minutes for the metro so if you want to get about and visit all the famous monuments i would definitely reccomend

Noisy, outdated, pool only open till 6pm, and it was 37c everyday we were there. Hotel is OK, but photos arent telling the picture, day staff were really nice, oh and 3 euro to hire, a towel for the pool, say what now

Disgusting food and understandable Waiter. very expensive everything food and location far from transportation..Yeah I order a double bed king-size they gave me two singles together which I never ordered I said can we change they said they’re not other rooms and there is no free cancellation they won’t pay me back if I would go to any other hotel. that was strange there is no air-conditioning

Easy access to public transportation
Place had easy access to public transportation. Had a market near by which helped. Breakfast could improve by changing it instead of having same thing every day. Staff was nice. Room clean and spacious.

Okay room but the location is a bit outside the city. Also, this hotel does not offer a free shuttle it will be 50 euro ride.

I had a very bad experience with the staff that received me when I arrived. Very poor customer service but then some other colleagues that reported to work in the morning heard me out and ensured I was happy until I left the hotel.

Breakfast was good and included in the price. It was reasonable clean. My wallet was stolen from hotel room during the 30 minutes we were at breakfast so it was a terrible ending to our trip. TV was only in Italian. Staff was able after awhile to provide us with proper plug for our phone

Hotel is not in the center of Rome, it’s about 35 min away from tourist center on the bus and metro. But it’s very good deal for what you pay. It could use a little more renovation, but I think they are working on it now. Staff if so welcoming! They trying to do their best to accommodate you. Breakfast is very good too, a lot of items to choose from, and the lady who prepares it all, Elena, is very pleasant. I was very impressed how she all by herself can manage prepare breakfast for everyone and then clean it AND have time to be so welcoming with the guests! Thank you for a great experience

Amazing hotel for the price! Very clean, friendly staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. It is not in the city center so be prepared to get a city bus or subway to get into the city. I would most definitely stay there again!!

Wifi never worked. Beds hard and pillows flat. No ac actually on so windows open to noisy street. 20$ taxi ride to Vatican and takes 30+ mins don't let the mileage fool you. Bus stop close but busses were packed always same as the trains. Hotel staff were super friendly and all nice.

Everything about this hotel is average despite that climate control was not working the breakfast poor but food was good quality the service was good staff was friendly and the cleaner staff was cleaning the room every day even if i pushed the do not disturb button. oh and when you enter the lobby there is a strong horse smell just in the lobby not upstairs and the wifi was verry poor but working slowly .. the location is good you take about from outside into Cornelia metro station and from there you can go underground everywhere and everything is verry easy to use... neighbourhood is quiet.. in the end for the money it is a good deal

Its not a 4stars quality at all, the hotel pics on expedia are completely different than reality, the pool the outside area. You don't have even a water heater in the room which is even available in 2 stars hotel, no body speaks english, specially in the restaurant.

Decent stay but for no more than 3 days
The hotel is located in a residential area, therefore, there's almost nothing around. I went to work nearby and what saved me was the good food at restaurant Terra Mia. To go to the center, you need to take the bus and then the metro. The attention from the hotel employees left a lot be desired. The internet connection was just as bad. Definitely would not go back.
