Once at the Hotel the Front desk informed you that according to the current policy Best Western set since the 01st of January 2023, for reservations made with points breakfast is not free anymore even for Diamond Select member, it has anyway been replaced by 500 bonus points.Regarding the room, we take great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, one of our strength, which is consistently reflected in our positive reviews, in fact our Housekeeping dept. takes a very attentive care of each room daily.Rest assured, mold is not something we tolerate in our rooms. Had you brought this to our attention during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address it promptly.We also noticed that you chose to extend your stay for an additional night, suggesting that perhaps your overall experience wasn't as negative as described.Regarding the room temperature, it's worth noting that temperatures tend to be higher than usual during February.
