Poor Customer Service

My family and I stayed at this hotel at the recommendation of Princess Cruise Line. We were told it was a premiere hotel in the center of it all. Boy were they wrong. The hotel is located near the train station, so tons of sketchy people were walking around at all hours. We walked home from a restaurant at about 8pm and got to see the truth of the area. Homeless people were sleeping up and down the streets, and camped out directly across from the hotel. Also, the hotel sold us some city sightseeing tickets for a hop on/hop off bus. We were told that the bus ran every 10 minutes until 10pm at night every night. Imagine how upset we were when we stood outside on the corner waiting for the bus for over an hour and a half with about 8 other people who were also waiting. When we called the hotel to say we were stranded and that no bus had come, we were blown off. The young lady who answered told us "we only sell the tickets, we don't run the company." I felt that was the wrong attitude to have. At the very least, since we were guests of the hotel, they could have sent a shuttle for us, or at least offered to call the bus line, since they sold us the tickets. All in all, the hotel is mediocre, but topped with bad customer service, in a sketchy area, I would say DO NOT stay here.
