Lovely hotel. Immaculate. Friendly helpful staff.

Bar Manager Max made what turned out to be wonderful suggestions for divine Italian tea room and deserts and for Italian restaurant frequented by local folks. We returned to each choice at least one more time.

Great hotel and great location

Room was very comfortable, large bed, and big bathroom - possibly the best hotel shower I've ever used. The spa and sauna were an added bonus particularly after all the walking. Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food - plenty of places nearby for breakfast and dinner. For a short break the hotel is perfectly located for all the major sights - all are within walking distance. In fact, not walking means you will miss out on all the other surprises that seem to appear around virtually every corner. Would definitely stay here again. A lovely hotel in a beautiful city.

Very nice hotel at a great location

I liked the hotel quite a lot. The Spa was a bit disappointing, as there are only 2 (two) chairs where you can relax or even put you things on. The breakfast was ok, not great..for a 5 star hotel. Overall positive experience mostly because of the location. Not great value for the money though..

Within walking distance of the Spanish Steps (10 min), helpful staff, room is spotless, nice heated stand up shower, spa on premise. The only con is that the rooms are a tidbit small.

Probably best breakfast in Rome. The hotel staff responded orderly to any question we had.

great via veneto hotel!

Location good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Spa only open from 10-8. fitness center was part of that so limited hours of availability. Restaurant at hotel was fantastic and I tend not to eat at the hotel, but did twice in my stay there.

Pros: Staff, location, Restaurant, Suites
Cons: Some of the cheaper rooms are not great
Location: Everything is walking distance - Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing. Do take a left out the hotel and explore the back street restaurants.
So. First I booked a "Superior" room BUT it was NOT SUPERIOR! I do recommend this hotel but if you want a quality room, you need to upgrade to a Deluxe or a Suite. We had a Junior Suit and it was brilliant.... large room, large bathroom, large bed, large TV with large number of channels! Breakfast is a very nice experience as too is the Spa and Spa Pool (it is not a swimming pool) which has a Jacuzzi section and is salt water and very relaxing. Staff are all very nice and helpful and the location is great for reaching all the best parts of Rome. Get a map from reception and some advice on your preferred things to see and take a walk for as long as you can/want!
