Very clean. Courtious staff. Has only 2 bus shuttle services a day to Centro with 5 euro. Train station is nearby and we can get a ticket at the gift shop. The room walls may be pretty thin.

Great Hotel for Kids

We arrived by car from the Tuscany region so the hotel's location was perfect for us. We loved that we did not have to drive into Rome. We were so close to the airport and were able to cab to the airport and into Rome for about 20 euros each way for our family of 4. The pools were a perfect relaxing place for us and the kids. The room was clean and pleasant. The dining room was nice, food was ok but there were other restaurants around if you were willing to walk a bit. The breakfast buffet included with our nights stay had everything so it wasn't hard to feed ourselves and the kids.

Location: Hotel is located in an office park between airport and city of Rome.
As I walked into the room (204) the first thing I noticed was a large stain in the carpet about one foot in diameter. Further on in front of the credenza and between the beds many many small dark spots which came from some liquid spilled. It was a one night stop to the airport and I accepted it but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food services very poor.

Pros: Leaving
Cons: Run down and no signs of improvement or willingness to correct and improve.
Location: That was fine
Do not enforce their smoking policies. Room fridge did not work, phone did not work. Moved due to infringement from one non smoking floor to the next. Advised front desk daily and advised oh well some people are rude. Business support, only one computer working. Television did not work properly.

Conviniently close to airport

Room carpet was the only dirty thing, a lot of business people staying at hotel, nice staff, good breakfast no eggs but ham cheese break coffe etc ..

12 Euros a day for tv !

12 Euros a day for tv ! NOt for movies but regualr television channels. Does not make sense. The pool was old and not pleasant. Not enough lawn chairs.

The cost for the TV is referred to the Pay Tv programmes and not for the regular television channels, may be there has been a misunderstanding. As for the pool, we have recently refurbished it with lawn chairs, probably there was so much people during your stay and there were enough chairs to satisfied all the guest at the same moment. Ok hotel. Close to airport

I was in Rome for just one day . Missed the transfer from airport to the hotel. Took a cab ,the cab fair was the same as the transfer fair. Got to hotel and room was ok . The next morning I found two cockroaches on the carpet. Not cool. Make sure the room is really clean .

Rome with pool facilities

Pros: Helpful staff, nice and airy and pool
Cons: décor needs updating as little bit shabby in places but was clean.
Location: in business district so not a lot around just a sports café and bar round corner, however shuttle service or train mean city easily reached.
Good hotel within easy reach of city centre (either by hotel shuttle with fee or public transport train). Helpful friendly staff who were available 24/7 for advice or service. Decent size pool with poolbar all very clean and great after hot day in city sight seeing. Meals in restaurant and bar pretty reasonably priced and always good, again staff pleasant and helpful. We all used gym which was small but adequate for our needs. Enjoyable stay had.

The rooms have a Very good size, Downs not look very clean due to the carpeta. Breakfast was very decent and the transport to the AirPort was too crouded
