Not a good rxperience- expedia roommdeseiption was misleading regarding the view (which is why inpicked here in yhe first place). But its cheap considering rhe location, so i guess that shouldve been a hint. Room was tiny- even by eu standards. Everything old and outdated. Breakfast (which is a block away) was pretty awful as well. Cant recomend it.

Dear Guest, we are very sorry to hear that your experience with us was not satisfactory. We supposed you are referring to our annex rooms the only ones not to be renovated recently. Many guests appreciate them because the furniture is classic and very close to the square. Instead the rooms inside the main building have been renovated recently with a modern style. We invite you to come back and maybe choose one of this last rooms with Pantheon view. Kindest Regards, Manuel - Front Desk

Great location

Within short walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Staff can't help you enough and possibly one of the best room views ever.

Amazing location!!

Posted Nov 5, 2016
Location: Great location outside the Pantheon. Lots of restaurants and local buskers. Free entertainment from your hotel window.
This hotel is right outside the Pantheon, in an awesome piazza with fountain, restaurants and local buskers, some of which are fantastic. The noise from people in the piazza is mostly muffled by the double glazed windows and shutters but I would still recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me. Very helpful and lovely staff. Very clean room. We loved our time in bella Roma.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment. We are glad that you liked our. As you know, the hotel is situated in one of the most crowded square of the city: for that reason each room has double glazed window to protect - as much as possible - from the noise. However this is also the charm of this square! Further, our staff will always do its utmost to make you feel at home. We hope to welcome you again in the near future! Best Regards, Simone - Front Desk

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback! Our glazed windows are of great help to keep the noise away. We are located in a world famous square, in central town, a gathering for both Romans and Tourists. Thank you again and Kindest Regards

Amazing hotel in a superb location

Posted Oct 28, 2016
Pros: Everything- have already recommended it to friends and family
Cons: Nothing
Location: Central location , directly opposite the pantheon. Colosseum and Vatican within 20 minute walk and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars
The hotel is in a central location, opposite the pantheon. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was beautiful with lots of little added extras and immaculately clean. Lots of delightful bars, restaurants and shops all around the square but all the 'sights' are within walking distance.

Vacation final stay in Rome 3 days

Posted Oct 14, 2016
Location: Step outside and there is Piazza Navona. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Farnese and more in walking distance. Need a cab to get to e Vatican.
Stayed in Annex which is next to the main facility. Room comfortable but was small. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a B&B and for breakfast you go to a nearby restaurant (good). Plenty of stores to shop and eat. Try the Caffe Tazza D'Oro for coffee you will not be disappointed.

Nice Hotel opposite the Pantheon in prime location

Posted Sep 14, 2016
The hotel room we were given did not look like the picture although the views were still amazing. The hotel staff were brilliant and the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of all attractions.

Great hotel next to the Pantheon

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: Location, cleanliness, atmosphere, friendliness of staff, convenience. Hotel staff booked our transportation to and from the airport before arrival.
Cons: Needed to go up two flights of stairs before reaching the elevator. Not a problem for most.
Location: great location! lots of people, but seemed more quaint and romantic than the larger Navona plaza.
First time in Rome and booked Hotel Abruzzi next to the Pantheon and fountain. Very pleased with the hotel, staff and couldn't have picked a better location! Hotel did not have a restaurant but that was not a problem. We had many restaurants and shops right outside the door. Beautiful view of the Pantheon and fountain. We had a beautiful room for 3 ppl on 4th floor which had two windows. Room was very clean, bright, updated and spacious. We enjoyed coming back to our room each day opening the windows and listening to the street muscians. Made for a very peaceful and relaxing setting each day. Also enjoyed just people watching from our windows. Easy walk to most locations (approx. 20-25 min walk to Vatican; 5 min to Plazza Navona, Trevi fountain; approx. 15-20 to Spanish steps, etc. Outside of the cobble stone streets, walking was fairly easy as there were so many shops, beauty and restaurants to explore down each turn.
