We had a very clean quiet room that was close to many of the sites on our list. It so centrally located we walked to almost all of the sites. Cab stand was a few feet away, many good places to eat and lots of shopping. A very good property in a very good location. AC Courbet a little coot maybe?

We stayed in the older part of the hotel, but it was clean and large, they where painting the corridors and there was workmen moving things around the hotel, in the older part of the hotel, the breakfast was plenty and had a good choice to choose from. Very close to trevi Fountain, would certainly stay in this hotel again

Property is currently undergoing some redecoration but we were not advised of this in advance. It didn’t affect our stay though and the artist impressions suggest it will look good once finished

Walkable distance from all important areas and close to the bus station for the far places. Breakfast was good, nice staff. My fly was to early and they have ready a to go bag with snacks for breakfast.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. This unit is located at the back inner courtyard top floor with balcony and view. Very quiet and love the view. Serene! Older building but hey! it’s Rome. Older building is always expected.

Property was steps away from a to. Of dining and shopping options. Literally 30 feet from Trevi fountains and walkable to the Pantheon or the Coliseum - oh the air conditioning was glorious which proved very fortunate with temperatures in the 100s

Electric power was out, it happens. The staff gave no notice when returning to the hotel at night. No safety measures were put into place. The stairways did not have torches to provide illumination. I took a bad fall and sprained my ankle. No incident report was offered and i hadvto ask the following morning to place. Absolutely no accountability from management.

The hotel was excellent. Air conditioner was leaking when we arrived but it was promptly fixed after we asked reception. Location is great and breakfast very good. Helpful receptionists and cleaners. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend and will return anytime!

Didn’t like that they did not accommodate my needs. My flight was delayed for two days and they made no effort to extend my stay for two days. I had to find another place to stay. They didn’t even pretend to care about my dilemma.

We loved staying at Academia Hotel for 10 days. They offer amazing customer service, super clean rooms with AC and daily breakfast. The location is within close proximity (5-15 min walk) to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was that we did not have good hotel wifi connection in the room, but was fine in the hallway.

The location was amazing...just a two min walk from the trevi fountain. Staff and accommodations were wonderful. If you have the chance, stay here. You will love it.

Very good location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Poor sound isolation, you hear noise all night long. No air conditioning, to the level the chocolate melted in the room overnight during easter. Paid hundred dollars for a stay but a bottle of water was still charged extra.
