Central location, excellent staff and interesting decor. Our room was a bit small for a 4 star hotel.

Perfect area, beautiful hotel.

Art Hotel met or exceeded all expectations. Decor was artful...interesting. Breakfast was excellent. Area was super walkable, with high end stores and great food. Rooms were perfect: storage, bed, safe, bathroom. Only gripe, shower temperature was not very consistent. For Rome, 5+ stars.

Great location and great hotel overall

Posted Aug 8, 2016
The hotel is located on the nicest, most pictoresque street in Rome. The people at the reception were not really nice, though. The other issue was that if the light from the bathroom is on, it lights up the whole room. Overall it was a really good experience!

Great location

Posted Jul 15, 2016
Pros: The location and modern interior.
Cons: Size of the standard room and bathroom!
Location: Close to the Spanish steps, piazza spagna, piazza popolo, villa borghese, Trevi fountain and colosseum.
This hotel is in a great location for easy access to Rome's attractions. The main areas are modern and stylish. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. I stayed in a standard room which was rather small. The room was air conditioned but it couldn't be controlled manually which was inconvenient. The bathroom was stylish but again was quite small with limited space for toiletries. Housekeeping great - room serviced regularly. No tea and coffee making facilities but room service brought tea promptly and we weren't charged for this. The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere i.e. you wouldn't choose to come back for a drink in the bar after dinner. All in all I would recommend but not a standard room.

Stay here!

Pros: At very short notice, they arranged the driver for early airport flight. Nice mini-bar.
Cons: Very impressed with ambience and service. Our room was smaller than expected. (We had just come from the Four Seasons Budapest.)
Location: Il Gabriella restaurant; Truffle pasta out of this world. Drop into the Hassler Hotel bar for a drink and the charming lobby.
Absolutely great location at foot of Spanish Steps and Chanel Boutique. Exotic hallways and lobby. We booked the cheapest room as only in Rome due to layover from Budapest to Bordeaux.

Fantastic location right in the middle of it all

Posted Jul 1, 2016
Walking distance to everything - Colosseum, Vatican etc. and right in the middle of all the shops. On a quiet road, very pretty. Hotel is great, lovely staff and modern decor. Our room was small - but in a city centre hotel I would expect this.
