The hotel is within walking distance to the spanish steps, and other tourist attraction areas such as trevi fountain etc. there are many shopping and dining options in the area. The hotel staff is friendly and on one rainy night, they let us ordered take out and ate it in the hotel lobby/eating area, really appreciate it.
The room is a little bit dated, there is only 1 usb charging in the entire room and it is not located near the bed. 1 of the electrical outlet literally popped out when i plugged in the adaptor and phone charger. The bathroom is exceptionally small, we had to squeeze ourselves between the sink and toilet to be able to sit on the toilet. And we are small built, so not sure how average european or american use the toilet. And since we are short, we had trouble reaching the towel rack on top of the toilet. It is located higher than other hotels we have been to.
The walls are relatively thin too, u can hear when other rooms are running their expresso machine.
The housekeeping is ok, relatively clean. They tend to clean around your belongings, not too concerned there since we were only there for 5 nights. There are inconsistencies on the amenities during refill eg sometimes they only gave 1 clean towel instead of 2, or no clean cups. The front desk is helpful and delivered when asked. Overall, the stay was good and location is awesome.
