Fabuloso!Posted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: This is solidly a 4-star, if not a 5-star, establishment. Marvelously helpful and personable staff. A lot of kindness goes into their hospitality.
Location: Whatever the season, you can buy an entire wardrobe from the tons of shops near Hotel Barocco. The promenade every evening is terrific--great spirit.
A fantastic boutique hotel in a walkable neighborhood of bistros, cafes, grocery stores, beautiful churches, impressive statuary, inspirational architecture and wonderful clothing stores. The Trevi Fountain is a pleasant walk east of the hotel, and the Spanish Steps a fun walk west. The Barberini Metro stop is scarcely 20 paces from the hotel. It's easy to take the Metro from Barberini to San Pietro and the Vatican Museums--10 minutes perhaps. The hotel is adjacent to Piazza Barberini--tons of atmosphere, with a sculpture of Triton by Bernini in its own gorgeous fountain.

Outstanding boutique-type hotelPosted Nov 14, 2015
Pros: Hotel staff was fantastic. Very friendly and more than willing to help you find restaurants and give directions to sights around the hotel.
Cons: Our stay was great, nothing could be improved upon.
Location: Great restaurants, and all the major sights of Rome are within walking distance.
Great location right in the middle of Rome. Lots of activity all around and sights to see.

Easy to walk to all the main sites.Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Location: Can walk to all the main sites in Rome. The Triton fountain is on the adjacent square.
Disappointed with size of room on arrival. Room lacked a mirror and no surfaces to put my own things on both in the bedroom and the bathroom. Poor outlook over dirty alleyway from my window. Comfy bed and nice bed linen. Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Only one small lift meant you could wait forever for it to arrive worked out during my stay it was keyed to prioritise ground floor first!

Great location Great room!Posted Nov 11, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, facility; it was all a very memorable stay.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Location: great nearby dining, nice shopping and wonderful streets to wander.
The hotel management upgraded our room on its own initiative, and what a wonderful room it was! Beautiful balcony, outdoor hot tub/bath... The staff from the management to the serving staff to the housekeeping staff was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. As our Italian is "little-to-none" we very much appreciated how well they spoke English and how willing they were to use it. They really went beyond the call of duty in assisting us. We will definitely stay at Barocco on our next trip to Rome.

Das perfekte HotelPosted Nov 5, 2015
Pros: Alles - Service, Personal, Zimmerausstattung, köstliches Frühstück!
Cons: nein, alles perfekt
