This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. They advertised a free shuttle to the subway which is a cst of 3 euros per person and not in fact free. Our first night our a/c was broken and they had 3 people come confirm before agreeing to switch our room. The walls are so thin and you could hear everyone walking in and out. The staff were rude and not helpful, and the rooms were filthy. I highly recommend booking accomadation elsewhere.

Room was not cleaned because of some cloth tags lying on floor saying that it is disrespect to our cleaning staff. Air conditioning was not working just passed 2 nights in so hot weather without sleeping.Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

This could be a good hotel but was very poorly presented Rooms spacious but poorly furnished. Not at all as shown in pictures. Towels worn and of poor quality, furniture poorly arranged. Surrounding area is dirty and feels unsafe. Shuttle to metro very limited

The property was upscale and posh and very comfortable. It’s in the middle of commercial and industrial real estate with trashy sidewalks so don’t plan to walk anywhere for dinner or shopping.

Horrible experience with the staff at the hotel and travelocity. My son broke his foot and they suggested for us to switch hotels so it would be easier to get around. They had us pay for both hotels and marked us a no show. We paid for 2 hotel rooms.

The hotel smelled horrible. It’s very far from everything. The staff suggested another hotel because my son was on crutches because he broke his foot. Turns out we still had to pay for both rooms.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Location not good and although there is a bus to nearest metro (not far from hotel), this is a tricky journey if you are a nervous passenger!! Also quite a trek with nearest metro 10-15 minutes by bus then 12 stops to Termini (main station in Rome). No bars or shops in local area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning a sightseeing trip to Rome. Best to stay outside of main city for cheaper accommodation but try to get near a metro, Rebbia is fine as near metro and could get cheaper hotel than in central Rome, also journeys into centre are really easy from here.

For tourism, it is a little bit far from then centre. Nothing really much around near by or shops that are open till late. However the hotel it self is nice.

Let me start by saying the staff was really nice & helpful. However the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The walls are yellow and they have a bed in it with one photo on the wall. It should be ranked a 3 star at best, because there is nothing special or upscale about the hotel at all! Keep in mind I had the Deluxe upgraded suite! The location 2 miles from the subway. Which was convenient

I don't care how many "good" reviews they have. Walls we're like paper (found a lovely booger on one when we checked in). First and third nights (out of 3) we could very clearly and loudly hear the people we shared a wall with. It's not even that they were extra loud... Could hear the dude peeing! Their talking kept us up for a while. Bathroom is a tight space. Bidet smack in the middle of the way. I'm only 5' 4" - 115 lbs and I felt cramped. Front desk ladies were nice enough, nothing spectacular but not rude. The guy at the desk was not friendly nor rude... He was just kind of there. Not very welcoming. When I booked I thought I had gotten breakfast included, apparently not. It was way too much money. 10 euro per person per day for mediocre selection. 10 min bus ride, 10 min metro ride to Colosseum. Another 10 to Vatican. Beds we're comfortable but considering it's not centrally located along with everything else, it's definitely not worth the money. I'm very disappointed and feel like I wasted several hundred dollars.

Terrible location positively dangerous area!
I wouldn't want to be stuck at the tram station at night a dangerous refugee camp is where it is located! And there is no courtesy shuttle from their hotel it is 3 euros a person do not be fooled!

Our room was big, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, parking was free and safe. I would stay I wish breakfast had more variety of food and brought out more food quicker. Other than the breakfast, the staff, and hotel was really nice.

Good Business Hotel
This is a good business hotel. The staff was very pleasant and responsive to all requests. The room was well maintained and the hotel, overall, very clean. The room was quiet (minimal outside noise and the heat/air unit blower also quiet) and wi-fi always worked. The breakfast buffet was extensive, evening bar Happy Hour buffet was good for the price but the ILF restaurant next to the hotel is great for dinner. The location has easy access to public transportation and getting taxi is easy. The only improvements I recommend are for the reception clerks to ensure the guests are aware that the room key card is also used to maintain power to the room. Also, there are outlets above the desk and bedside tables for ease of connecting electronics but none of the outlets include USB ports. This is becoming a standard in business hotels. (But if you forgot your power converter, the hotel will loan one to you for a 5 EUR deposit.)

We had a great time at Hotel Domidea, the breakfast was on point and my little son enjoyed himself. Decent distance to Airport and very easy to get to cities and tourists attraction centres by Bus and trains The staffs helped me to organise a surprise birthday for my wife and she was really surprised and happy. All thanks to Giulia and Francesca.

Quality hotel
A good quality hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Good local transport links, 10 mins away from Metro line on bus then a 20 metro journey in to Rome centre. Room was clean and spacious. Only downside is that there was not tea/coffee making facilities.

nothing to complain about this hotel. when I booked it I saw that the location was an issue for some people. I actual thought it was good. Not being in the city where there are so many crowds worked for me. it is easy to get from hotel to all the tourist places it is literally a 1 min walk to bus stop and then grab metro and get out in the area you want to see. you have 90 min on your ticket and it cost 1.50. you can buy they ticket right in front of the bus stop at the store. dinner at food is love was delicious and not so expensive compared to the city of Rome. the most expensive part is the taxi from the hotel to airport. but for amount of.moeny you save on the hotel it really doesn't compare. hope this helps.

Spacious rooms 2 km bus ride from Rebibbia metro
We had a spacious business suite and everything worked well. A few more chairs would be useful. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel is a little out of the way, but is close to an expressway exit and a short walk from the station for suburban train 2. Buses 437 and 447 take you to the Rebibbia metro station. Our package included the hotel shuttle to the metro, but this is not available on Sundays. Breakfast was very good.

Needs upgrading badly...
Let me start by saying that the staff and cleanliness of this hotel are excellent. However, the hotel itself needs updating and badly. Initially we were placed in room 114, the A/C unit hummed/purred/splattered so loudly that after a conversation between the reception staff and maintenance, they decided to move us to 116. It was a little better but still too noisy to sleep. We told the staff again and they told us that all the A/C units on the first floor are connected even with us turning off our system, nothing can be done about the noise. If Expedia would allow the upload of an audio recording, I would attach it. The level of noise from that system is insane. If you like to sleep when you are on vacation, consider another hotel. For a four star, we expected a lot more, we are highly disappointed and would absolutely never stay again, even if it were free!! Additionally, they advertise laundry services on Expedia (one of the reasons we booked them since we were there for 10 days) and when I asked the staff about it they told me they were closed for the summer holidays.

Decent hotel in a not so great area
The hotel is far from Rome. If you do not have a car, you can take public transportation as I heard from the receptionist, but you have to walk for a bit to the station. It is in a industrial area, nothing is around. I was scared to walk in that neighborhood. Across the street from the hotel, there were two big garbage containers with lots of trash around on the ground, making the sights unattractive. They do not have a restaurant on site, so if you are hungry, you have to wait until after 7pm to go to a couple of restaurants nearby. We had two hungry kids who could not wait, so we took the car and drove to Rome, about 20-25 minutes away. Keep in mind, there are lots of stop lights and small streets, not like in the US. The hotel staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. They have great breakfast in the morning at a cost. Boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, ham, milk and cereals, coffee and tea, juices, a variety of muffins, scones, donuts, hash browns, etc. European hotel breakfast is awesome compared to the US. I wish the hotel was in a different area, but you get what you pay for if you only stay inside :). Nothing to do or go, so you are better off paying a little more and stay in Rome. The money you spend on gas and time everyday for the commute to Rome, I would spend it on a hotel in a city. Lastly, the air conditioning system is very loud. It was so annoying that I could not sleep at night.
