Staff are brilliant, the place is clean enough and it’s super easy to get anywhere from the hotel. My room wasn’t what I thought from the pictures and price I paid for my room. I thought I was getting what was in the advertised pictures. No. Very narrow single bed, small room with the smallest shower I have ever fitted in. One plug for charging located at the other side of the bed so I couldn’t use my phone while laying down in bed. First night I didn’t sleep until 2:30 as there was drunk people stumbling outside my room for a very long time, and then an ambulance showed up which kept me up longer. Air con was good and 2 double windows that are double glazed to shut out the noise through the street when it’s late or in the morning. A email showing me my room before I flew out would be better so I can see if I want to cancel or change to a different room would be my advice. Better electrical access would be great too. I checked under my bed and there was nothing, just the one plug socket right next to the door.

This hotel is walking distant to both the main train station and the Colloseum. The staff was friendly and our stay was enjoyable.

This hotel was perfect for our needs and we were very pleased with our stay! In an excellent location, we were able to walk easily to our destinations or find a ride. The staff was excellent, pleasant to interact with and very helpful in dealing with any needs we had. Overall, we had an excellent experience and look forward to staying at Hotel Duca d'Alba again!
