Huge rooms! Nice, hot shower

Posted May 12, 2016
The hotel is older (I believe became a hotel in the 1930s) but rooms were very clean, stylish, and well maintained. My wife and I had a room on the 5th floor - it had a private patio area and separate living room! My parents had a room on the 4th floor that was more recently updated - not as large as our room, but still very large for a European room. The hotel staff spoke great English and was very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. Terrific breakfast served the next day!

Posted May 11, 2016

Visit to Rome

Posted Apr 20, 2016
Pros: staff and location
Cons: bats are a bit dated
Location: fantastic...near upscale shopping, restaurants, and easy access to other locations in Rome
We were referred to the La Residenza by friends in the US. Its in a beautiful, upscale part of own. A quaint and quiet area near high end shopping. The mini suite we had included a porch area, and had a small sitting room. The staff was outstanding as was the complimentary breakfast. We'll use it again on our next trip to Rome.

Ottima posizione, ottimo compromesso

Posted Mar 17, 2016

Hotel is located beside strip club

Posted Jan 14, 2016
Nice hotel and nice interior hotel unfortunately it is located on the same street where prostitutes are very visible. I would not recommend this hotel as it has a lot of night walkers and did not feel comfortable walking on the street after dark .

Dear Anonymous, what you say is not completily correct, this is one of most safe Street in Rome we are next door with the American Ambasy and the Street is not apsolutely dark.

Very good location. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. It's an older building, and has some minor maintenance issues, but we will use this hotel every time we are in Rome.
