Always excellent service!! and very good location.Posted Sep 25, 2015
Pros: comfortable, clean, location to tour,
Cons: Quality of food, diversity of menu in restaurant.
Always excellent service!! and very good location. So, every time when I came Roma, I stayed this hotel. I have been many 5 star hotel(Intercontinental, Hassler....) in Roma. When considering the cost, Majestic is a best solution in Roma.

Great hotel located on Via VenetoPosted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: Location (can walk to most sites), breakfast room and outside patio, room cleanliness and Consierge service
Cons: Try to respect and respond to customer wishes
Location: Can walk to Boughese villa gallery, Spanish Steps, via Condati and surrounding streets for shopping, roman ruins. Proximity to fine restaurants.
Have stayed at this hotel before and returned because of service and nice rooms. Overall, great experience again this time. Consierge Faisel best in business giving sound advice about what to do and restaurants - one of reasons we come back. Lanfranco also outstanding. Breakfast staff in buffet room could be more friendly and attentive to customers. Room was small compared to our earlier experiences - a disappointment that did not seem to warrant management's attention - front desk people reported that mgt. said large group coming in later in day and could not make another (better ?) room available. Have my doubts - did not see any indication of large group. Feel like they blew me off. Because of this, not sure what we will do for our next visit.

A classic in Via Veneto, one of Rome's best.Posted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: The room, the terrace, the bar, the location, the bathrooms, the linens, our private terrace, good TV. Also the furniture in the room, very nice.
Cons: The elevator ... it is very nice and old but a little slow.
Location: Walking to Piazza Barberini is 3 minutes, 5 minutes to the Sapnish Steps and Via Condoti - Near Via del Corso.
Very nice wellcome, the room - siite was fantastic as well as the decor, a mdern classic. Right in Via Veneto, famous for it's great hotels. The Spanish Steps just a 5 minute walk. Very nice terrace for breakfast or drinks in the afternoon. A great room for different events - quite elegant. Very well located, walking distance to many of Rome's atractions and shopping areas LIke Via Condoti, Via del Corso, Via Nazzionale, and more. Also sites like the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Palazzo Barberini, the Roman Forum and the Coliseo, all walking distance. The American Embassy is just 2 blocks away.

Beautiful hotel, lacking in certain areasPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Beautiful hotel.
Cons: Staff could smile and be more friendly. Cleaning staff needs to replenish towels, shampoos, etc... Room service dining is lacking.
Location: Great location. Plenty of shopping, restaurants. Plenty of transportation options close. Walking distance to some sights.
Overall our stay at this hotel was at best average. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the location is good. When we checked in at the reception desk, we were not greeted with a smile, and did not get the feeling of being welcomed. Five minutes after getting into our room, room service knocked at our door with dinner. We didn't order anything. Okay, simple mistake. The first day, we had a drink at the bar on the terrace. The bar tender was great, and the drinks were wonderful. If you are a drinker, be prepared to pay tough. 15 euros per drink. We ordered breakfast one day. 60 euros for a simple breakfast. Eggs, toast, pancakes. The eggs were runny. We called to replace them with dry. Instead of jam for the toast, we got ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. We ordered a smoothie with breakfast, and did not receive it. I'm not sure if we were charged for it. After this experience, we decided not to participate with room service anymore. There were plenty of places close to the hotel to get good food and service. It was much cheaper too. It seemed that every day, we had to call for something that was not replaced by housecleaning: wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner. The room was cleaned very well everyday. The doormen were very nice and helpful.

Very nice Rome hotel on via vennetoPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness, cheaper than other 5 stars
Cons: Air conditioning could have been a little colder but pretty decent for mid August
Location: close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps
This was a very nice hotel on Via Venneto, we liked the location very much, it was right near a subway station which we used easily to travel to the Vatican and colosseum, it was cheap only 1.50 euro per person for anywhere on the line. Very nice area, we felt safe the whole time. The hotel was very clean, has a nice bar and cute balcony outdoor area for breakfast, we just wanted a few croissants since we were not hungry and they didn't even charge us for them. Claudio at the concierge was FANTASTIC!! Super friendly and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner, had 2 of the best dinners we have EVER had -must try Hostaria Romana if you love home made authentic Italian food, best spaghetti carbonara! Overall very nice stay, We would stay again.

DisappointedPosted Aug 29, 2015
Great hotel , great location, unfriendly staff especially reception/concierge staff who were uninterested , unpleasant and constantly make you feel uncomfortable with a very few exceptions. However , I have to say that ther porters team are exactly the opposite.

Great location, great staffPosted Aug 25, 2015
I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was very generous in its size, the amenities were great, the staff was very helpful. You could not beat the location, walkable to most things in city center. the only down size to this lovely hotel might be the comfort of the beds and pillows. Other than that would love to stay here again.
