The hotel room and facility is very clean. There are elevator and stairs. The elevator is relatively small in American standard; it fits three people but it's the norm in Rome. The stairs are very wide. I feel very safe in the hotel. After certain hour in the evening, people can only enter by ringing the bell. Before we leave each day, we leave the key to the receptionist which is a good idea because there are many pickpockets in Rome. The hotel have a secured, locked area that locks our luggage for those who need to check their luggage.
They provide breakfasts each morning. Breakfast includes orange juice, coffee, ham, cheese, croissant, and others (that I don't remember). On the morning that we have to leave early, they gave us two croissants which is extremely nice of them.
The hotel is run my a family. Everyone of them, especially the mother, is very friendly and helpful. I feel very welcomed there.
Location of this hotel is great. It's within a very short walking distance to the Rome Termini station where we take the metro, bus, high-speed-train, and the Leonardo Express (direct train to/from the airport). There are many restaurants and a couple of pharmacies in the block. The hotel is also within walking distance to many tourist sites in Rome.
