OK for a short stay.

Room was clean, and breakfast was very good. However, even though they advertise they offer WiFi, this service is only available at the lobby, and does not work when there are too many people connected. I needed to send an important work over the internet, but could not connect, not even in the lobby, since there were about 6 more people connected. Staff should be trained to understand we are customers and they work for us. They seemed rude when asked about anything.

Not far from di Ciampino Airport

Cons: The hotel could use updating.
The hotel was further from the city than I anticipated. it was easier to take a taxi from the hotel to the city, though more expensive. The rooms were decent and the restaurant wasn't impressive, but the food was really good and the staff were extremely helpful.

HOTEL NEAR THE AIRPORT

Pros: CLOSE TO AIRPORT
Cons: ALL WHAT I MENTIONED AND WELCOMING GUESTS IN A BETTER WAY
Location: NOT MUCH TO DO THERE
HOTEL STAFF WERE OK BUT NOT VERY HELPFUL DUE TO MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS , FIRST NIGHT ROOM MILES AWAY FROM RESTAURANT AND HEATING WAS OFF MOVING ME TO ANOTHER ROOM SHOWER CABINET WAS BROOK AND TOILET LEAKING AND NO LIGHTS , TV PLUG WAS BROKEN SO NO TV AND HEATING AGAIN WAS OFF ...EVENTUALLY AFTER COMPLAINING THE MOVED ME TO THE ROOM I REQUESTED ON BOOKING , TRANSEFER TO AIRPORT WERE PAID FOR AND RESTAURANT MEALS WERE FAR TOO EXPENSIVE COMPARING TO OTHERS , ROOM SERVICE ORDERS HAD TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT HAD TO COME OUT OF THE SHOWER TO PAY THEM AS ITS DOCTOR ORDER ....NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED UNLESS NO OTHER HOTEL NEAR BY ....

Noisy, uncomfortable, in need of refurbishment

We stayed in this hotel because we had an early flight the next day and the hotel is located very close to the airport but as soon as we arraived we regretted our decisions- the hotel looks more like a cheap motel place, all the facilities are in desperate need of refurbishment, all night long we could hear the noise from the cars that went around the hotel, the level of the noise that we could hear from the corridor was unacceptable (even when you used your quiet voice) - it was a nightmare:-( The only thing that was acceptable about this place was staff (professional), food and cleanliness but overall it was a disaster:-(

It is OK if you need to spend the night near Chiampino airport. If you want an airport transfer, you must phone the hotel - a taxi charges 20 euros. The hotel is a little tired, badly needs freshening up. Breakfast was OK.

I JUST PICKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS NEXT TO THE CIAMBINO AIRPORT. IF YOU WANT TO STAY FOR A NIGHT FOR A NEXT MORNING FLIGHT THATS THE BEST PLACE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR MORE THAN A NIGHT. NOT THE BEST AREA TO BE. STAFF FRIENDLY, HOTEL WAS OK. NOTHING CRAZY.

Facility is OK, but this is a Motel not Hotel

Overall our stay was fine, I'd stay again if I had an early flight, but we literally drove by 3 times because there are several signs (hotel, restaurant, ect.) hidden behind trees. This was my first "non chain" hotel and I thought I made a mistake booking based on location and price but the accommodation's were sufficient for one night, I would not stay here multiple nights. I would classify this as a Motel not a Hotel! Some of the website descriptions are deceiving. Wifi...only in the lobby not in your room. Air Conditioning...we asked for it to be lowered and it was, but it never cooled down the room. We never could get our tv to change channels, but we were only there for the night to make an early morning flight. Shuttle service...quick to arrive once called and quickly got us to the airport. The restroom was clean but not well maintained...mold, mildew around the shower, that sort of neglect. We snacked in our room and then noticed ants, so I wouldn't suggest eating in your room. The hotel restaurant....AMAZING!!!! Like 5 star and decent prices for the amount of food you get. I got a huge steak for 15 euro. We were shocked at how good the food was and the servers were very kind and attentive.

Nice hotel, staff are multilanguage, profecional, frendly. Food, they have restaurant, Good food.
