2 nights in rome

Excellent service and help at front desk. Great breakfast and bar at roof top area. Great location for access to subway and trains. Little noisy but this is downtown Rome. Easy access to all sites and very friendly staff. Would recommend and stay again.

Not a 4 star for sure! Very DODGY neighbourhood!

Very close to Roma Termini! Just 2 mins across the road from station. Very very very bad and dodgy neighbourhood. Especially after sunset, the area was totally scary. Lot of young thugs can be seen with huge gangs, lot of dodgy people too. Very bad. Wouldn't stay again even if they offer 50% discount. Anytime any robbery or bad incident could have happened. We reached the hotel at about 5 pm, very tired after a day in Rome but the receptionist took a lot of time to check us in. He didn't have any other customers to handle other than us but was slowly entering names one letter after another etc. Very irritating. Felt unpleasant or unwelcome for some reason. Then there was the worlds slowest lift that took us to your room. The room was alright. Only one pillow, no hair drier, bad soaps/ shampoos. So don't even try to use them unless you want to spoil your hair. The fittings came in hand. However, I am just being picky about the room. The room as such was a decent 3 star. Hate the neighbourhood!

Nice location

Had a great stay at the hotel. It was very easy to get to and from since only three blocks from trains, metro and bus terminal. The breakfast was excellent with a huge number of options. The staff was very nice and I had a great stay.

OK Hotel Very Close to Noisy Termini

Posted Apr 12, 2016 on Hotels
We were only there for about 16 hours. Very close to Rome Termini... and the neighborhood seems a little dangerous at night. The hotel was fine but certainly not a four star hotel in Rome or anywhere else. Very small room. No A/C and very noisy neighborhood so opening the window not a great choice.

rome trip

wanted a hotel that was close to rail station, needed two rooms for four of us, during check-in was offered adjoining rooms, but it only had one bathroom , should have just kept the two rooms, exercise area was a joke as well as sauna, hotel was older and had strange odors.
