Far from centre, costly travelPosted Apr 17, 2017
Very unfriendly staff, felt confused and alone. We also got moved to another hotel without our consent because the hotel we booked was occupied even though we booked it 6 months earlier. Expedia.co.uk who we booked with were not very helpful in this situation ethier.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry to read this review but it was more than obvious that you left it but I would point out that your reservation included a triple room while you were 4 adults. In spite of that we accommodated you in a hotel of our circuit, in a quadruple, at no extra charge, and offering you breakfast. cordially Stephen

Far away from Central RomePosted Nov 5, 2013 on Hotels
English speaking front desk personnel was a plus as well as metrobus tickets available at desk for 1.50 euros. Bus drivers not willing to help to find or be dropped off close to hotel location, end up walking back about two miles to get to hotel. Free Internet WIFI was intermittent at best. A/C not working properly.

Don't Book ItPosted Sep 7, 2013 on Hotels
Firstly, the hotel is 14km away from central Rome and to even reach the Anagnina Metro station, you need to get a bus which is highly infrequent. If you want to look around Rome, Petra is definitely not ideal. Also, there is practically no civilisation in the surrounding area except for a McDonalds which is a 7 minute walk away. Thirdly, our hotel room was not even IN the hotel, it was a 10 minute walk away from the building in a separate apartment type thing which made everything a hassle. The service was wildly fluctuating with certain members being highly helpful and others being indifferent at best. The breakfast was not great and overall, we were not fans.

not close to city centre but had amenities we wantPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels
Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice. On-site restaurant was ok. Mall close by with grocery store. Had a large pool and a couple of pieces of gym equipment. Breakfast was good. You need to take bus and then subway into Rome city centre. Connections were very good. Took about 40 minutes for both.

Too far out of the city centerPosted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels
We had to get a cab from Rome as this hotel is not near the city. It's actually in a suburb called Romanina. The air conditioning was out of service and the staff was not forthcoming about it as we checked in nor about how to turn and keep the lights on in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for Rome standards.
