Nice hotel, close to Rome attractions. On Budget .

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Cons: Better Internet speed and more reliable connection. More spacious shower boxes.
Location: Termini subway station is close, from there visitors can reach many attractions. Republic Square not far, nice water fountain and views.
Nice rooms, a bit small, tight shower box. Clean. Internet too slow, WiFi connection dropping at times. Most of restaurants serve tourist food, nothing special or local. Mostly pizza and pasta. Be aware of restaurants invoices, they might charge for the table cloth, bread and might be hand written. Not easy to find decent good restaurants.

Dear Guest thank You for this review. Thank You also for Your advises that helps us to improove our service. All the restaurants in Italy charge at the end the table cloth and bread. Best Regards Hotel Piemonte

Watch out

Posted Jun 8, 2017
Pros: It was clean
Cons: The hotel staff should be way friendlier
Location: very close to train station 5 min walk
Hotel staff were rude, only two men, a young skinny male with glasses and a tall bald man with glasses (I think the names were Mateo and Massimo) were very friendly. Beware of "Annex Building" when booking. It's a room outside the hotel across the street in another sketchy looking building which you need 3 keys to get in and out of. You can also hear people at all hours of the night coming up and down the stairs and outside walking around so its hard to sleep in there. The rooms in the actual hotel building are nice.

Dear Ashley We are sorry that you did not stay well Guest reviews are important to improve In case you decide to come again in the moment that you book the room , you can choose The Mail Buibing or Annex Best regards Massimo

Not really the Hotel

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: Very handy to main Metro, Bus and Rail station, making it easy to get around.
We were accommodated in a separate facility from the hotel around the corned and about 100 metres from the Hotel in what appeared to be an remodeled apartment. Entry was though a large door leading to an old style lift which only just accommodated two of us and two bags. Our room was on the third floor, overlooking the street and had more room than expected. Clean and comfortable. Better than expected from our first impressions.

Great location for exploring Rome.

Convenient location near Rome Termini, an easy 2km walk to Trevi or the Spanish Steps. Clean room with a very comfortable king size bed. Continental breakfast included and very fast wifi system too.

Good 3 star hotel near the station

Posted May 1, 2017
Pros: Proximity to Termini station and Breakfast
Cons: More welcoming reception staff
Location: Very well located
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was abit dark but ok. Bathroom was clean but water in the shower was lukewarm. Reception staff were ok but could be a little more welcoming. However, staff in the breakfast were very pleasant and the breakfast food was simple but adequate- lovely coffee from the machine.

Nice hotel, easy links to local transport

Posted Apr 14, 2017
Pros: Staff very good
Cons: breakfast, needs an update to rooms
Location: Location good for local transport, most attractions within walking distance.
Dead handy for local train, metro and bus links. Most places within walking distance but not so good for local evenings out. A bit disappointed no tea/coffee facilities in room and not so quiet, especially when school trip in building, or quite a lot of passing travelers outside with trolley cases at all times of night. Staff excellent and helpful, breakfast could be better. rooms needed an update.
