Nice hotel close to the MAXXI

Posted Mar 10, 2017
Pros: simple and cosy, great staff.
Cons: noise between the rooms - walls are very thin.
perfect hotel for staying in Flaminio area, a bit far from the center. If you need to work there it's perfect.

Good staff makes the difference

Posted Nov 6, 2016
Pros: Clean & comfortable room.. Very friendly receptionists especially Ms Giada who took the trouble to recommend places of interest that we should not missed & how to get there. We felt so at home and stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The male staff at breakfast room was also most helpful.
Cons: Lift too small. Spread of food for breakfast to improve. Room to have better sound proofing partition.
Location: Near to tram service to connect to Flamino Metro station & beyond

Nice location

Posted Oct 11, 2016
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Breakfast time can start earlier than 7am. The sounds from the corridor are very noticible, noisy guests disturb, placing a request will help
Location: P.za Popolo. Flaminio metro station leads to many touristic places Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, P.za San Pietro, the Vatican among others
Good location easy to find from Flaminia street, at walking distance (20minutes or so) from Piazza dil Popolo and Metro station. Staff was very friendly specially during the check in. The room service was fast; well there are not many options in the menu. The breakfast buffet is splendid in variety. Staff was also friendly

Room size is very small, doesn't look like a size shown on the site. We can hear other neighbours around our room. Room temperature was too warm and cannot adjust it (remote was) broken. Friendly and informative staffs. Breakfast was just fine, not many choices. Good location, a min walk to a tram stop but 15-20 mins walk to Flaminio underground station/ Piazza Puopolo. Best price and very happy during my stay to celebrate Christmas here...

good location in respect to getting to all sights.

Posted Nov 15, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Listen to guest issues and if nothing can be done, say so don't just keep saying something will be done, and do nothing.
Location: Well located away from central Rome. Probably not ideal for young children
Plesant small hotel, nothing to flash, dirty surrounding area but nice restaurants nearby if needed. Well located, bus and tram 1 minute away, 15 min walk to metro if you don't want to catch bus or tram (Very busy) Only downside to our stay was booking a double room and getting a twin. Nothing changed despite telling reception on 4 different occasions .

Very clean and tightly kept. Lack of space to move

Location is out of the tourist activities center. Very clean and good service. Could definitely do with more corridor space and proper lift
