the worst treatment ever to a customer

the welcome was an insult , the rooms is totally different then what you see online, everything is very old , the mattress of the sofa beds are old and nasty, the staff was very rude and disrespectful, they yelled at me. when we got there (8:30 pm) there wasn't a bell boy so i opened the door and pushed the bag car to help my husband with the bags , the man at the front desk got very angry and yelled at me. in the rooms the air was always in heater, we didn't have the option to put it cold. my husband and daughter have nose bleeds with the heater and i told the staff and they didn't care and do anything about it, i had to sleep with the windows open, the breakfast was poor..! i can easily say this is the worst hotel in Rome( and i go every year for 10 years) i wouldn't even give this hotel one star. not recommend at all!!!!!!!!!
