Spread across the top 2 floors of a classic Roman building, this spacious Rome Pantheon penthouse penthouse is the ideal home away from home.Upon entrance, a long corridor leads guests to the main staircase. In that corridor lies the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as another bedroom with 2 single beds and an independent bathroom also with a bathtub.Moving upstairs lie the living/dining room. Here, the dark wooden floor beautifully contrasts with the white walls and upholstery. Colorful pillows, lamps, rugs, wicker and paintings make sure to bring homely touches to do the space. Also on this floor is the remaining double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub, as well as the modern kitchen. With sleek white cabinets and a metal backsplash, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Here, guests will find an electric stove and oven unit, dishwasher, washing/drying machine and all necessary cookware and utensils.From the main room, French doors give direct access to the apartment’s first terrace, where a lovely pergola brings shade to the outdoor dining table. The flowery handrails lead guests to the second terrace. The upstairs terrace gives access to yet a third terrace, furnished with delightful sun beds.Overlooking the entire city of Rome, the apartment offers not only stunning views, but comfortable cared for spaces that are sure to please all guests.The LocationLocated at the heart of the Pantheon area, known for its rich historical sites, the apartment is within walking distance to a number of attractions. The area is alive with traditional Roman restaurants, boutiques and its close to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona.Ten to twenty minute walks lead guests to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and the beautiful Villa Borghese park. The church of San Luigi di Francesi, with its stunning Caravaggio paintings, is close by and is a must visit destination.Although the area may be busy during the day, it remains quite peaceful at night. The late evening being, in fact, a great time to visit the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, which light up beautifully during the night. The apartment also offers easy access to bus stops that will take you throughout the city.Check-in time is from 13:00 onwards. Check-out time is 10:30 or earlier. There are no exceptions. Romeloft.com does not usually apply a fee check-in or check-out fee. However fees will apply for arrivals between 20:30 and 23.00 (25 €) and between 23.00 and 10:00 (50,00 € and must be communicated at least 2 days before arrival). Check-ins on Sundays and on Bank Holidays will incur a holiday fee of 25 €. Upon arrival, we do not require a cash security deposit, but we do require the Tenant’s credit card information. This will be used only in the case of the occurrence of any damages to the apartment during the Tenant’s stay. Lost of keys incur a fee of 50 €.
