The hotel is located very close to the Colosseum and The Forum. So close that you can see the Colosseum from the street. Many restaurants and areas to shop. Additionally all the other major sites are within walking distance and the metro is super close and easy to use. Giuseppe is the person we coordinated with. He is AMAZING! He provided so much help and was just a major pleasure. He was the first person we met in Rome and he set the stage well for an incredible stay. He provided us a great list of restaurants and as requested provide us places for specific things we were shopping for. He also was willing to book transportation for us to the airport. When we come back to Rome we will stay here again.

My room was the perfect size for one person. The double glass window provided quiet at night in the busy area. They give the option to not have housekeeping come in during your stay to be more eco-friendly and save on towel washing. Great location close to many restaurants and main tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. They allow you to keep your luggage in the front office after your check-out time if you have a later departure as well. Very clean historic building.

Nice room close to Colloseum.
The room was well presented and located only a 5 minute walk from Rome's attractions including Colloseum. The area was also nice. Hostesses very helpful despite our poor Italian.

Difficult checkin and non functional wifi
Stressful checkin and lack of working wifi detracted from a great location and nice room. For checkin there is only a four hour window (3-7) outside of which there is a 20€ fee. This wasn't clear or in any of the details I received about the booking (it was hidden in the fine print). You also had to let the hotel know exactly when you're arriving which can be stressful if your flight/travel plans don't go as anticipated. I was hoping to use wifi for work but couldn't even load email or use google maps. Overall this is not a hotel I would recommend.
