Nice place in a great location

If you want Old World charm stay at this small (11 rooms), unique space. Take the old-fashioned elevator to the 4th floor and enter your room (named after a great Italian artist). Our room had a little balcony, a comfortable bed, adequate storage for clothing and luggage. The shower stall was small and the bed was comfy. Staff are not on duty at night but the key card access was no problem. Make sure you close the elevator wrought-iron door tightly or the next person won't be able to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is free wifi. We went out to local cafes for a light breakfast. A big plus was the great location near the Piazza di Spagna - good for visiting in this area. If you like to walk, it is not a stretch to get to Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Galleria Borghese among other sites. This is not the place for people who want "full service" but it is a very nice place to stay.
