Marzia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the area. She’s right down the block from trevi fountain and about a 15 min walk to the Colosseum. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to see the major sites.

Location was great! In a very busy area but couldn’t hear the noise with windows shut. The place was very clean and the air condition was fantastic! Our host was very friendly and gave us her info if we needed to ask any questions. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a separate sitting room.

Perfect Location - A Little Noisy

We did very much enjoy our stay here and the location was perfect. Our only complaint is that if you’re on one of the lower floors it’s very loud. The outside noise was not an issue but you can hear everyone else walking around above you and the main door was so loud that it would wake us up when people would come in and out. This isn’t really any fault of the hotel as it’s more due to the building being older, but it is something to keep in mind if you cannot handle noise!

We had a great stay at Piccolo Trevi. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful! It is close to many sites, so we were able to walk, and it is right around the corner from Trevi Fountain. It was a little bit noisy at night due to the location, but that is because you are in the mix of it all. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent location and stay in Rome near Trevi

Perfect location a block from Trevi Fountain, very clean room and spacious for being right in the city. Easy check in and check out and good communication throughout. As busy as it is in that area, the window looking over the street blocked all noise out. Access to so many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

This is literally a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain and very close to the Colosseum so a very convenient location. The manager was very accommodating as she let us enter early so that we could rest (were up all night on the flight). It is the middle of a lot of action but it felt safe. The room itself was clean and comfortable

Central to everything and lovely!

Like staying at a wonderful friend’s house! Clean and bright! Very authentic experience. Literally steps from Trevi fountain, a little cafe for breakfast and a lovely restaurant for dinner and drinks! We could have stayed within a ten step radius of our room and had a wonderful time! That being said, almost all of the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance. What a GEM this little place is!

The location is great and the room itself was a very cool experience looking out the windows and seeing all the excitement that surrounds the Trevi Fountain area. The room is quiet despite all the noise below. The host is excellent. I would caution anyone with mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We had a great stay at the Piccolo Trevi Suites.

Best location starts to Trevi Foubtain

Fantastic location within walking distance to any of the sites you would want to see in Rome. The room we stayed in was on the third floor (we are young and active so we were ok with stairs). As many have mentioned, the windows are well insulated so little noise from the throngs of tourists and vendors below. We felt safe. The room was spacious. Livia and her team are quick to respond and communicate. I would not hesitate to book again and I hope to return in the next couple of years.

This is not a hotel. More like a bnb. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 very steep flights of steps with no help. The room is very small and connected to a work/supply room. Worst of all the air conditioning won’t go below a certain point so during 100 degree Fahrenheit weather, we were extremely uncomfortable. Location is good but can all be very busy and loud.

Location was great. The room was large, but was not ready & cleaned at the time of check-in (1:00 pm). There was also an issue with the toilet. Check-in & check-out process is challenging. You must text their staff with your exact arrival time since there is no full-time staffing at the reception. During our visit, they did not change our towels or clean the room, despite staying 3 nights. The room safe is preset to an exact combination (which was not disclosed to us during check-in). As a result, our passports were locked in the safe & since no one is at the reception desk, no one could quickly assist us. Overall the hotel offers good value based on the location and price, but needs to address the staffing issues.

The location is superb — just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, and many central sights. A convenient bus connects you to the Vatican. The suite was nice and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent and flexible — you can specify the level of service you want each day (hang sign on door, instructions provided), which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is in an older building without an elevator. The stairs can be a bit challenging, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. The hosts were highly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. They provided an umbrella when needed and arranged a taxi to the airport, which made departure smooth. Five stars for location, cleanliness, and attentive hosts. Great choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of Rome and appreciate thoughtful service.

Everything was fine for what was as a guest house not a hote, although shampoo and conditioner would be nice.to have available. Very convenient location butva stwady stre a m ofvpeople passed by going to the Trevi Fountain. They use whatsapp to communicate. Its a place to stay thats not for everyone. If someone wants privacy and is independent i would recommend this as a place to stay.
