No cable. Called front desk and she said it was an issue with Comcast and offered some troubleshooting that didn’t work. It took about an hour for the room to get warm when I turned the heat on.

Nice hotel near loop

We had a new granddaughter to visit and wanted to spend a full day with her so we go online and found this great deal! It was very clean and appeared new!

Disappointing

The room we reserved was not available so there was a substitute. When we got to the room there were things missing and the TV did not work so we had to move rooms. Also the site noted that a hot breakfast was provided which was not available, we were not made aware when making the reservation and there was no reduction in price offered. Very disappointed after staying at this hotel several times before.

We had a small issue with the bill. They helped make sure everything was done in a professional manner. We recommend that anyone who is visiting would stay here

Clean room

We moved from a horrible location to this hotel so it was an immense upgrade. The room was clean, had no odors was well stocked with towels etc. The light switch at the door didn't work, we found out later the bulb to that light was blown... Unfortunately they were doing some renovations so our front door mouldings were laying inside the door and we didn't get a good seal, causing some light & noise. The workers started grinding around 8 or 9 which wasn't horrible, just annoying. The lobby was semi torn apart so the 1 morning we did go down for breakfast it was limited because of the mess. All in all it was a good room, quiet location, clean and safe.

We were heading back home, needed a one night stay. I booked online and requested non smoking and the room we was placed in smelled like smoke and one of the beds had sheets that had cigarette burns on them and a comforter that had a hole in it. Upon arrival we we checked into the room and the light on the wall must of been burnt out because we couldnt get it to work with the switch so we scrambled in the dark to find lights. The morning we checked out we went to have breakfast and the bisquits were very hard. I would not stay here for an extended amount of time for the amount of the room and the uncleanliness.

Disappointed

I was disappointed. I came home for a funeral and when I checked in that night with my family the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were ashes from cigarette in the counter and loose tobacco in the night stand. We had a difficult time sleeping there. But I expressed these concerns and the room was then cleaned and freshened the next day with new bedding and vacuuming. This did not remove the odor of cigarette smoke though. And the next day our toilet did not flush properly and my husband was handed a plunger. Since my parents have stayed at this named hotel many times, I assumed it would be fine. I was wrong and will not make that mistake again.

This hotel needs to update the rooms....we had a nonsmoking room but clearly it had been a smoking room previously. The toilet was loose in the bathroom and there was mold on the walls. Breakfast area was nice and clean but waffle maker was not programmed for the correct time and burned everyone's waffle. Staff was excellent, kind and courteous.

Renovations needed

Sign said hotel is due to be rebuilt which is good as the bathroom and plumbing definitely need it! Carpet and bedding seemed clean. Ok place if the others are full.
