The property is in a perfect location to explore Rome. Although we had a few snafus upon check in, Antonio was very helpful, gracious and kind, and upgraded us to another room that met our needs. Breakfast was delicious and very concerning!

Good Hotel with great staff
As soon as we arrived, we felt at home here in this great little hotel. We were welcomed by Cecilia who was really helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had access to the online key which is used by the premises. The hotel itself is really clean and small enough to feel really intimate. Our room was a decent size with a lovely vaulted wooden ceiling as well as having extras like a kettle and coffee/tea being made available. Another member of staff on reception was Antonio and he too was a pleasure to speak with and was both friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out which was really useful. This hotel is a fantastic haven of peace, yet just a few minutes walk from lots of bars and restaurants in the local area which was a delight and only a steady 15 min walk from central Rome across the Tiber. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would without doubt return. Thank you.

Beautiful property in the heart of historical, charming Trastevere neighborhood. Great public trasportation options, including a light rail/tram station accross the street (Line 8) - we took it every day and were Piazza Venezia (walking distance from all major attractions) in less than 12 minutes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they gave us many useful tips and recommendations for dining and transportation. The property is gorgeous, indoor courtyard included. We enjoyed having breakfast there every day, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had traveling abroad. A lot of shops and great restaurants steps away, very safe and lively atmosphere. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying there again next time we are in Rome.

Tiny tiny rooms, no seating area in what they called a triple room, which meant tiny room 3 single beds. They said on ad that they have room service but that’s closed 8pm-8am. They said they had elevators, they did not. They have a key system that requires your smart phone for entry to building then entry to room, rooms are named and hard to remember if you don’t know Italian, could take a picture. No conditioner in shower only shampoo. When I only booked in at 8:30pm and waited for them to open at 8am to cancel they offered no refund despite all the misleading advertisement. So I used the room to hold our belongings the next day until I could check into the new MUCH better hotel at 3pm… unhappy with no refund but was still worth being comfortable for the next 3 nights of our stay! It cost us a lot to get to Rome from Canada, unacceptable.

Dear Mrs Elizabeth, we are deeply sorry to read this review but we admit we were expecting it.Everything is CLEARLY advertised everywhere: our reception opening times, size of each room tipe in square metres, pictures... we do not have a bar nor a restaurant, we only offer breakfast, therefore OF COURSE our room service (FREE OF CHARGE!) is limited to morning hours. Everything is transparent and clear. We DO have elevators to reach the first floor on the garden side, but you chose a room in the annex building and 4 (four!) steps have to be done by feet.We are sorry this caused some misconfort.Also, we are sorry you spent a lot for a flight Canada-Rome, but we are still convinced none of this is our responsibility, which is why we did not accept any refund in your not refundable reservation.Regards

A very nice hotel. We had a suite overlooking the patio area. Don’t expect a Hilton as this is not what it is. It is a small, quaint place with a wonderful staff. Close to everything Rome. Highly recommend it.

If you are going to Rome, this is the place to stay! It was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless, superior breakfast, and customer service beyond anything I have ever experienced. We stayed here 3 nights and would go back in a second. This is such a safe neighborhood and is perfectly located for great dining options too.

Ótima localização e conforto
Localização ótima! Saímos para jantar todos os dias em Trastevere, que é super charmoso. É muito confortável voltar à pé à noite, sem se preocupar com transporte ou caminhadas depois de um dia cansativo de turismo. E durante o dia, o ponto de ônibus e outros transportes eram muito perto. A cama era bem confortável e o quarto enorme. A banheira de hidromassagem demorou para encher, então desistimos. O café da manhã estava bom, completo. Não era incrível, mas atendeu muito bem.

This hotel was so perfect for us, we stayed 8 nights. Great breakfast with nice staff. So quiet with our own courtyard. There are so many restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. The tram #8 takes you to most popular places in Rome. We will recommend this place to anyone, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will stay here next time.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Easy to get to via train to Trastevere and taxi. Front desk was very helpful arranging transfer to airport and providing us with breakfast to go because we left very early. Small but cute rooms in the annex.

Cute hotel with nice court yard. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Lots of places to dine within walking distance. We got a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room. We had to leave before checkout so they gave us a morning grab bag of food for the next day. Wonderful.

Located in Trastevere, an area surrounded by restaurants; however, since the location of the hotel is on a side street, we did NOT hear any noise at night. The mechanism to enter the property requires Internet (which is available at the front door). We arrived during business hours so Cecilia [wonderful!!] helped us figure it out and afterwards, it was easy. Great breakfast, which you can eat sitting at the lovely courtyard. Air conditioner works great 👍. The staff was excellent!! Both days they called taxis for us and, on departure day, they arranged for a driver to pick us up at 6:15 a.m. to take us to the airport. Driver was very punctual. Overall, a very good experience - would stay again when in Rome.

The hotel was definitely nice and I would recommend to anyone. It was very centrally located in the downtown of Trastevere and made walking around really easy. There was also a taxi stand right across the street. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The place was lovely, particularly the courtyard. The breakfast was well covered. The only drawback was trying for get into the place after 8pm as there is no one at the desk after 8 till morning. It is very dark and trying to find the information etc. was difficult. Our phones were also dead from the long journey and you needed data to open up instructions.

Nice rooms , very good customer service, prefect location, however night club is across the street that is open Thursday -Saturday that generates a lot of noise throughout the evening and until the morning 5 AM. Wear ear plus or ask for a room away from teh street

The property was difficult to locate. We had to park across the street in a fairly sketchy parking lot. The staff are incredible. The room was nice. The courtyard is beautiful. Many thanks to the special staff.

I regret not getting the name of all the staff because everyone was so kind but there is one man in particular who went above and beyond to help me with a situation I had with my refrigerator and that kindness will never leave me. Unfortunately we did not have the joy he and his wife had, but my husband and I will come visit soon.

Very friendly stuff. Nice location in Trastevere, good breakfast, nice small indoor garden. Rooms are clean but a bit too simple. No mirror for example. No place to hang the towels. No stairs just a very very slow elevator so it takes a while to get to your room or go out.
