Gutes kleines Hotel in sehr zentraler LagePosted Oct 3, 2015

Great location for a hotel between many attractions. Rooms were average, nothing to write home about.

Close to attractions & metro station.Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: The location was great. The staff friendly.
Cons: Wifi access requires major upgrade.
Location: You can walk to most major attractions. There is a supermarket close by. If you want to venture further 5 minute walk to the metro rail.
This B&B is in a great location. Close to a major tourist thoroughfare and just down the road from a local metro station. However there was a couple of negatives which I feel I have to mention. We stayed in quite a few B&B's throughout Italy and this would have to be the worst for WiFi access. Just about every night it went offline. Upon checking out we were advised that the issue was being resolved but it meant that we had to spend time during the day trying to catch up with business affairs instead of out sight seeing. Although not major I would point out that the rooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor and there is no lift. Lastly the bed is one which when you partner moves you get bounced around. The staff were friendly and cheers go out to the breakfast cook. Apart from checking in early arrivals, she was also cooking, tidying tables, making cappuccinos', washing dishes and all with a lovely friendly attitude.

excellent bed and breakfast great locationPosted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: The staff were really fantastic...a warm friendly welcome and when our room air conditioning broke they moved us as quickly as possible with no fuss!!
Cons: Air conditioning on level two...
Location: Excellent central location...everything in Rome is walkable if you are able...do not eat out in Trevi area rip off!!! Be careful of Taxi drivers
A very friendly B and B..staff were wonderful particularly Diego and Semona who bent over backwards for us all. The rooms were adequate and shower facilities good. The breakfast was unusual but fantastic.fresh food every morning as much as you can eat all served by friendly happy staff.Location was brilliant...TIP ask Diego to reccomend places to eat as anywhere around The Trevi was truly rubbish and very expensive!!! huge tourist trap and we fell for it..especially pasta amora!!!..walk through the tunnel to MONTE you will find excellent food reasonably priced...try trattoria A19 Alex the waiter is lovely....Pasta Laboratory for a good lunch with drink and pudding 8euro's good for families. Up the end of the road is the Barberinni Gallery not to be missed!!! Carravaggio...El Greco and Holbien.....The square is buzzing at night and is only ten mins walk from Spanish steps...do not miss Roman forum/palentine hill and Colliseum buy your ticket for all three at Forum and skip lenghty queue at the Colliseum. Do not buy guide tickets for Vatican....queue for St Peters Basilica and buy jump the queue tickets inside for vatican museum and sistine chapel half the price and a ten min queue. TRAVESTE is a fantastic place to eat and visit...The Jewish museum interesting with a visit to the synagogue included...catch a taxi out of town around 22 euros to St Callista Catacoombes AMAZING...walk The Appia Way truly beautiful..we walked 10 miles and it was worth it...buy bus tickets to return

Do NOT stay herePosted Aug 10, 2015
Unfortunately I did not research enough before hiring to stay at this "hotel". Upon arriving we were already surprised by having to climb two long stairs with the bags because the building has no lift. Arriving at the reception after an exhausting trip we were informed by staff than by a system problem that there was no room available for us and that because of that we would have to stay the first day at another hotel. This problem also happened to other guests while we were there as you can see in the pictures attached. By a sort our we can arrive before 6pm, time that the reception closes. The other guests were not so lucky and were supreendidos with a sign on the inn door asking them to go to another hotel. After spending the night at another hotel we went to the Residenza Ki the next morning and we were told that our room was not ready but that he was already 2pm and tidy with our bags inside. For our surprise when he returned at 2:30 pm our bags were not there and moreover we were told by staff that they were a problem at the hotel and because of that had no hot water. To get to the room we were even more upset because he was in the breakfast area and because of that it was difficult to sleep after 7:30 am as guests made a lot of noise. I would like to note that the breakfast is very good and is served by a very kind and nice lady. Sleep was something quite difficult considering that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Anyway, if you do not want to have surpris

Nice hotel close to Trevi FountainPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Good hotel, great staff, the breakfast was the best we had throughout our whole two week vacation!
Cons: Internet didn't work very well
Location: The Trevi Fountain was really close, most of the old town Rome was within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping were all close by!
Was a great hotel. Diego was extremely helpful with tips on sightseeing and recommended a couple of great restaurants! We had some issues at the airport with our luggage when we arrived, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were going to be late, they waited for us and got us checked in quickly and efficiently! We also made use of the pick up service from the hotel, it made our trip from the airport to the hotel so much easier! We highly recommend using this service!

Unterkunft mitten in RomPosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Die Lage,
