This place is a disgrace. I had 2.5 year old twins. And there are 3 open type balconies there. These people knew we had children and said nothing about this open type balcony. We told them that we wanted to wash and dry our clothes. They do not have a dryer. Instead, they told us to put our clothes outside to dry or they handed us something telling us to dry our clothes? Really? My twins under 3 years old still use comfort blankie. They cannot stomach to be away from it for more than 2 minutes. This was not acceptable. The apartment had a horrible lock door. We were locked out of the apartment for one full day. We called the property manager and they took a while to get their handy man to us. Because of this. we lose an entire day of our vacation. Do not stay here. I am telling you. You will regret it. The pictures look much better than what the place is. This is so false and misleading. They do not have an oven and the fridge is very tiny. You cannot fit more than 5 baby bottles in there. Do not buy any meat and think you can come home and cook. You are waisting your time These people are clever in how they pretend that you are getting a nice place. When you are not getting anything. The only thing about this place is the location. It was close enough to alot of things. And oh, yea, 6 flights of stairs. My husband feel and injured himself on the day we were leaving. He could not take 2 suitcases with him. It says 3 flight of stairs. But they are doubled that.

I am very sorry you did not like our apartment, and that you were not aware of the amenities and properties when reserving the apartment. We are very clear with all the information given in advance, as well as on the Expedia website.
The apartment is located in a historic building on the third floor with no lift, as you can see in the description. It is also clearly written in the confirmation which we sent you, and to which you replied. It is not six flights of stairs.
We have listed a washing machine, but not a dryer, since we do not provide a dryer. We would have been happy proposing you a different apartment with a dryer, but we were never made aware of any issues you may have had.
It actually took us an hour to assist you when we received your email about being locked into the apartment, which simply required the key to be turned in the other direction.
Overall, we would have been happy to work with you and find another place for you to stay that may suit your needs better, but you never once mentioned your dissatisfaction during the many times we dropped by the apartment to assist you or provide additional services that you asked. I'm sure we could have been able to provide a better experience for you.
