Top hotel, but everything is an extra to the room

Came to Rome for a wedding and booked this hotel to just relax by the pool as we had done all the Rome sites previously. One of the most expensive hotels but disappointed that room rate did not cover sun beds by the pool( extra 36 euros per day) or the gym (extra 20 euros per day). To make things worse, on our last day they closed the pool for a private function. I have travelled a lot and usually stay in 5 star where ever I go, I have never been charged extra for gym or a bed by the pool

wonderful: from location to staff kindness

Location: great location, excellent
being in Rome is already 'a dream. Continuing to live it in a hotel like the Cavalieri then, it becomes magic. It 's not miss anything. I should not think needed something. Everything was already there. Complete relax for body and mind. staff welcomed us and followed with a fine human kindness and friendliness'. excellent profess,ional quality sincere and heartfelt humanity going beyond any 5 star rating. I can not say more than thank all those who in 5 days in Rome they made me feel at home. It must be seen with your own eyes feeling same emotions I felt. Simply, living

Perfect Hotel in Roma

ローマ郊外にあり、静かな環境にあるホテルです。市内からはタクシーで25ユーロ程度かかります。目的によって良し悪し別れるかと思いますが、ゆっくりホテルの滞在を楽しむには最高のホテルかと思います。スタッフの気遣いも素晴らしく本当に良かったです。他の方の感想にもありましたが、スタッフ同士の連携 も素晴らしく何度もベッドメイキングに入っていただきました。 新婚旅行の最終日に利用しましたが心から寛げました。 値は張りますがインペリアルルームは本当にお勧めです。

Excelência de Hotel!

O hotel é sensacional. Um dos melhores hotéis que existe no mundo. Nos hospedamos para a nossa lua de mel e o hotel nos ofereceu amenidades. O hotel é de alto luxo, a comida é excelente e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Apenas não concederam o late check out gratuitamente, porém isso não ofuscou a excelência do hotel...

Very good for allergy sufferers

Pros: Swimming pools and spa rooms are brilliant. View overlooking the city is stunning
Location: Taxi into the city takes about 20 minutes. Not a lot to do nearby
Friendly staff went out of their way to look after our young lad who has multiple allergies. The chef even made egg-free ice-cream from scratch (at breakfast time!) when they found out he couldn't eat at the local ice-cream parlours. For other meals, they helped my wife and I make sure that there weren't any allergens in his food which really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay. Concierge team sent up a beautiful big bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday And gave great recommendations for local eateries and booked good tables for us. This is definitely our hotel of choice in Rome.

Prix variables selon les évenements

Un Hilton 5 étoiles très cher. Pour 610€ la nuit (double de d’habitude) il faut débourser 18 € pour les piscines extérieures, transats et Hammam. Sinon accueil parfait, personnel très serviable, grand calme et luxe.

Overpriced hotel living off its former reputation

This hotel lives on a name and reputation which it no longer matches. Great service, some stunning decor, and very helpful staff could not make up for the smallish room, hugely inflated prices and mediocre food. I stayed in one of their better so-called 'King Imperial' rooms and did not even get a view of Rome! The location of the hotel is not great, as it is quite far from the main attractions, at the top of a big hill, and the free shuttle bus to the centre of Rome often gets stuck in traffic. When I was there the outdoor pool was closed for what seemed like long-term repairs.
