Horrible!
Our stay at Settembre 95 was not a good one! We had booked a a room with a double bed which apparently wasn't available at check in so they put us in a room with a double bed and a single. When we went to unload our backpacks and sit down, we were told not to sit or use the single bed because we would be moving to the other room tomorrow. We were like "What?" It was like they didn't want to have to clean up that bed after we changed rooms! Makes you question their cleanliness! ! So we get all settled in to have to pack everything up to move across the hall to a room that was so small I could barely get to the other side of the bed! Their cleanliness standards are horrible! I pulled a pillow out of the closet and it had mascara on it! There are no cups in the bathroom except the ceramic cup that had not been cleaNed for quite some time! I would recommend "NOT " going to this hotel!

Awful staff, great location
I have already extensively covered the terrible hostess at settembre on trip advisor, so in short i would recommend that you do not visit this place as the owner was rude and aggressive with absolutely no grasp on the english language or customer service. This was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen, and am very disappointed that i did not check the dates on the trip advisor reviews before deciding to book. Clearly this place has benefited from excellent reviews due to the previous owners providing a pleasant experience, which is an unfortunate misrepresentation of the awful hostess. The breakfast was also terrible, and we decided to eat out for breakfast after experiencing it once. I highly recommend the area, but stay away from this particular place.

Very disappointing, the hostess looking after this BB was very nice but sadly let down by the facility she was overseeing. Although we where offered another room, by the time we decided to move on it was too late, it was very hot in Rome... no air con and very noisy with the window open was going to ruin our experience, so we found a place a couple of blocks away called 'Windsong' that was lovely for 10 euro a night more.

The hotel is not very central. It is a quarter of an hour away from Termini Station. The hotel room was clean exept for the toilet seat cover from underneath. It had not been cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect because room is very small. Breakfast was poor - a croissant, a packet with two pieces of toast, and jam and butter, coffee and mint tea.

Perfect location for Rome sightseeing
Best Bed an Breakfast in Rome guaranteed Was clean beautifully decorated and the veiw from the Breakfast room was outstanding. We stayed for three days and could not be more happier with the service and the owners.Within easy reach of the Bus,Metro Station and all sights Also very safe and clean area of Rome. ONLY ONE critisium to the whole stay was there is No name sign outside? so took ages to fine we walked past it several times as its just a brown door with a intercoom (Its to the left of the Pharmacy) apart from that 100% perfect

Just what we wanted - reasonably priced accommodation in a good location. Only 5/10 minutes walk from Termini station and you can easily walk toTrevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and The Coliseum, as we found out, as there was a strike, which happens regularly in Rome. And the staff were very helpful too. Definitely recommended.

Rome's Best Bed and Breakfast
We recently spent four nights in October at the Hotel Settembre 95 in Rome. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY if: you want a convenient location(10 min. walk from Termini ; near bus stops; if you like to walk, near popular sights, near two very good restaurants plus Trattoria Andrea: great food and service!); if you want excellent rates; if you want a quiet neighborhood (near the Treasury Building, the British Consulate and Porta Pia);if you want great security (we were given keys for the front door, the elevator, the staircase door, if necessary, plus the room key) if you want polite, competant management (Alessandro was extremely helpful!); if you want cleanliness (spotless bathroom,hair dryer, two large Egyptian cotton towels, not changed [most people don't change their home towels daily!], plus hand towels, [changed daily], sheets changed twice (fine for us); if you want basic amenities (small flat screen TV, small refrigerator, armoire); if you want a decent continental breakfast in a pleasant setting (breakfast included fresh pastry plus pre-packaged pastry, fruit juice, yogurt, coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Most people come to Rome to see the sights and not spend time in their hotel rooms. We chose this six room B&B because of very favorable internet reviews. It is located in a renovated palatio with basic but adequate furnishings. We couldn't have been happier!

Highlight of our trip
Wonderful hotel. Gracious staff. Immaculate room and newly renovated ensuite. Fresh and clean. Safe location. Secure building. Within walking distance of Forum, Coliseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, etc. Five-minute walk from train station, but exit train station from Marsala Street and follow directions carefully. Highlight of our trip.

It's a fraud the rooms had nothing to do with what is saw in the pictures they where old on the walls there was mold and humidity. No sunlight from the windows like the pictures . Very expensive for what they offered. Don't recommend

Nous avions réservé au settembre et par mail le jour de notre voyage, on nous a demandé de nous enregistrer à l'hôtel sallustio. La chambre est vieillotte mais propre. Pour le prix, c'était correct. L'hôtel est bien place et le personnel très serviable et accueillant.

Das Hotel liegt im oberen Stock eines Privathauses. Die Hotelbetreiberin ist ziemlich wortkarg und nicht so richtig gastfreundlich. Die Buchunh enthielt kein Frühstück und es war auch nicht möglich, dieses hinzu zubuchen. Die Lage hingegen ist wirklich super, sehr zentral.

花了67英磅一晚，共住了三晚。入住時與網路照片有出入，設備有些老舊。如果晚於18:00入住，要加收20歐。幸運沒被收到這筆費用，但有城市稅，三晚共21歐。加上沒附早餐喔～

千萬不要在早上早上好......我還記得，當你去住別的地方是不是他家，映入眼簾的永遠...沒有在家裡你一定不是健康......但它不會影響我，你在家裡...... CMQ，每次他們來到或一天被列入，酒店進行自己，看到我，不打招呼......從來沒有一個偉大的粗魯.... 既然你已經讓“你的故事”precisini“......因為你沒有把甚至有些道理裡面??? !!!至少一點點，來吧......他想，沒有？ 我知道了。 我們開始說，你在深夜抵達，很晚才入住的時間，我等待著，以為你可以aprezzare.adesso，我認為這是更好，如果你不停地出了門......也許他們欣賞1更多的，某些服務... 在房間裡，你很粗魯，。但，當它是不是你家......沒什麼興趣......對???。但它是真實的......當一個人不高興支付2磅並與報價預訂，它沒有支付不必要的認沽DL逗留....無關......它告訴傷害對方的一切......但是，..va好，所以不否認字符... 我希望永遠不會有更多的客人喜歡你......幸運的是，有幾個...所以，你可以從我的評論看....所以到底......我需要一個理由......那，以及你在這個世界上

La nevera no servia, el aire acondicionado no pudimos encenderlo y cuando le pedimos el control a la dueña o encarhads nos dice de muy mala gana que en esta época no se enciende el aire, que abrieramos la ventana si queriamos.. Ademas era un lugar muy ruidoso,pequeño, no hay servicio de recepción como en un hotel normal, la habitación era minima, las fotos de internet no son reales, estan hechas con un ángulo que las hace ver mas espaciosas.. no volveria a ese lugar!!

De beheerster was heel onvriendelijk
De beheerster was onvriendelijk kon ook geen engels praten, Op de site stond er dat en ontbijt inbegrepen was en dat er een waterkoker in de kamer was. Maar er was geen ontbijt en ook geen waterkoker. Dus dan moest je naar buiten gaan om te ontbijten. De baddoeken werden niet verwisseld. De deur van de douchecabine was stuk. De koelkast had schimmel. De cisterknop van het toilet deed het ook niet.

Bien situado y cómodo pero la ducha salía fría por veces y con poca presión. Personal poco amable que no nos dejó guardar las maletas en el hotel mientras recorriamos Roma, teniendo así que cargarlas por todo el recorrido. Sin desayuno.

18時過ぎチェックインだと連絡しておかないと入れないです。 フロントも違うホテルでした。イタリアはこういう形態のホテルが多いようで、看板等もないので見つけにくいです。部屋は普通、シャワーは水圧が悪かったです。

Trotz telefonischer Vorankündigung und Bestätigung einer späteren Anreise wurden wir bei der Anreise beschimpft dass eine Anreise nur bis 18 Uhr möglich wäre und wir sehr unhöflich wären um diese Uhrzeit zu kommen (es war 20 Uhr). Am nächsten Morgen wurde das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück verweigert mit der Begründung das Frühstück sei jetzt beendet - auf unseren Hinweis es gäbe bis 9.30 Uhr Frühstück und es wäre erst 9 Uhr wurde nur geantwortet das Frühstück sei vorbei und wir mögen jetzt bitte auschecken. Das Zimmer selbst war so klein, dass nicht einmal beide Koffer gleichzeitig geöffnet werden konnten. Duschwanne im Bad hat 58 cm Breite - eine Leistung darin zu duschen.

Rummet såg ut som en bordell. Luktade hemskt på rummet gjorde det också. Våra vänner och vi skulle bo på samma hotel. Jag bokade två dubbelrum. När vi kom fram var där någon på mkt dålig engelska som förklarade att våra vänner skulle bo på annat hotel. Detta var inget vi valt eller bokat. Hemskt att göra så! Kan inte rekommendera detta hotel. Frukosten bestod utav en sockerbomb! Inget salt!

Ottimo per chi vuole visitare la città
L'albergo è in una posizione ottimale per chi va a Roma come turista. Centrale, ben servito dagli autobus e poco distante dalla metro. Non ci sono orari per il rientro e la camera è confortevole e pulita. La signora Maria è disponibile e cordiale.quando torneremo in questa splendida città, alloggeremo senz'altro in questo albergo.

Ottimo bed and breakfast
Bed and breakfast in posizione centrale, comodo per chi arriva dalla stazione Termini, da cui dista 10 minuti a piedi. Posizione centrale, vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche, ad uffici pubblici, Policlinico e Università La Sapienza. Zona fornita di servizi e tranquilla di sera. La proprietaria è è gentilissima e cordiale. Camera confortevole, pulizia perfetta e servizi in linea con le attese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per Roma, soprattutto trattandosi di alta stagione.

A szálloda jó helyen van, kisebb-nagyobb sétával könnyen elérhetőek a fő nevezetességek. A szoba és a fürdőszoba kényelmes, megfelelő. Egyedül a reggelivel nem voltunk elégedettek. Egy parányi helyiségben lehet reggelizni, ahova egyszerre maximum 6 ember fér be. Csak előre csomagolt kétszersült, croissant, lekvár és mogyorókrém volt, tartós dobozos tej, tea és egy kis adag kávé, minden nap.

buona posizione e titolare molto cortese, purtroppo però 2 aspetti negativi: se pensate di fare colazione con calma e in un ambiente confortevoe , scordatevelo! la colazione viene servita in una stanza buia e minuscola e per dipiù con soli 3 tavolini (su cui a fatica ci stanno 2 tazze)!per cui, come è successo a noi, devi aspettare il tuo turno!assurdo! secondo lato negativo:nella camera dei miei genitori, dal bagno usciva un odore nauseabondo, e in più in bagni pur non essendo finestrati non sono nemmeno forniti di ventola per riciclo aria.....

Petit déjeuner a changer ce n est pas la quantité qu il ya sur la table qui compte c est la qualité des produits 2 biscottes avec des biscuits secs une sorte de pitch sans en avoir le gout. Non vraiment un croissant frais serait le bien venu. La chambre suffit pour se reposer de sa journée car très bruillants meme fenêtre fermés.

Settembre 95 Deze Bed & Breakfast, vlakbij de Porta Pia, is heel goed gelegen om van hieruit Rome te bezoeken. Er komen verschillende bussen voorbij die je naar zowat alle belangrijke plaatsen in Rome brengen. Op amper 10 minuten wandelen is er een opstapplaats voor de Shuttlebus naar de luchthaven. De gastvrouw staat zelf in voor de ontvangst, en het is ook zijzelf die de kamers onderhoudt. Het ontbijt wordt eveneens verzorgd door de gastvrouw zelf. Dit alles geeft een aangenaam gevoel van vertrouwen. In de onmiddellijke buurt: verschillende restaurants in verschillende prijscategorieën, bars, en een uitstekende Gelateria: La Romana. Aangenaam verblijf gehad in de periode einde maart – begin april 2014. Dwight Bracke. Settembre 95 This Bed & Breakfast, nearly the Porta Pia, is very well situated to visit Rome. There are many busses coming along to bring you to the most important places of Rome. At only a little 10 minutes walking there is a stop for the Shuttlebus to the Airport. It is the lady of the house herself who welcomes her visitors, and she also looks after the rooms. The breakfast is been served by the hotess herself. All this bring a pleasant feeling of confidence. In the neighbourhood: several restaurants in several price ranges, bars, and an excellent Gelateria: La Romana. We had a very pleasant stay in the period end of march – beginning april 2014.
