This was our first trip to Rome so we were hoping it would be good - it was fantastic! All the hotel staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They made it clear that they wanted you to have a good time and that customer service was important. We have travelled to many destinations and I ...
The Hotel Condotti has a very good location, near the Spanish Steps, shopping on the Via Corso and many restaurants. We were in the annex, which is close by and it was very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet at night with a comfortable bed and sitting area. I would stay here again.
Great location, friendly staff, modern and extremely clean hotel. Good sized room accommodating double bed and 2 single beds, still leaving plenty of space. Breakfast was included offering a wide selection of hot and cold food, a perfect start to the day. There’s a lovely roof terrace and bar, great ...
The hotel was nice, we booked a standard double room that was smaller than we imagined. The room was clean. It was a shame that no coffee and tea making facilities was included as standard. Some of the hotel could do with updating, I.e. The corridors to the rooms. It was a shame the hotel didn't ...
We had stayed at this boutique before and returned because of its great location and friendly staff. The negative is the size of their rooms which we found very small - I'd guess at 15 sq mtrs at most.
Airport pickup straight to InnSpagna and you realise you're driving straight towards the Spanish Steps before the car turns off down a side road and pulls over - the location is perfect. So close to the Spanish Steps and easy to walk everywhere in Rome. Met by George who gave us a quick orientation ...
I suppose I shouldn't be disappointed about the lack of English Programming on the TV but after you have done 15-20 miles of sight seeing on your feet, it'd be nice to understand what is on the Tube. Had some fun doing voice overs for a Star Wars film that was being shown in German. But CNN just ...
Enjoyed the hotel but it does need a lounge area to chill out and read magazines, do puzzles or just wait for flights. Not enough plug sockets in hotel room. Tea and coffee and kettle not provided in room
Good altogether, even though the people at the reception desk seemed overwhelmed and not particularly helpful. The concierge however is great.
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. Our room was bigger than expected for a Rome hotel. The only minus would have to be the very small shower! The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. Breakfast was served between 7 and 10. Lots to choose ...
This hotel was in a fantastic location. One block from the Trevi Fountain and within 10 minutes walk to The Spanish Steps and the train station. Hotel provided valet parking and we could take the car in and out whenever we wanted. It was 35 euro a day. Breakfast was included and there was a great ...
This is a good sized hotel located in a great area of Rome. You can walk easily to the Spanish steps, piazza de populi and even the Vatican. It has everything you need but is a little dated, albeit very clean. Noise was not a problem and staff were very helpful.
