Alles super,liegt alles gut in der nähe wie die U-Bahn und die Bushaltestelle waren nur ca 5 min vom Zimmer entfernt der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit würde gerne wieder kommen.

Hotel bem localizado

Pros: Relação custo - benefício é boa, pois é difícil encontrar hotéis bem localizados em Roma a preços razoáveis.
Cons: Limpeza. Não foi sequer varrido o chão do quarto durante a nossa estada. O café da manhã deixa a desejar. O box do chuveiro é muito pequeno.
Location: Perto de metrô e da estação central de trem, passa bonde na frente, local tranquilo.
Ficamos 5 noites no Hotel, fomos bem atendidos pelo Massimo, que nos deu algumas dicas de transporte e dos melhores dias para visitação nos diversos locais de Roma.

An Ordeal

This hotel is, as far as I can tell, several 3 bedroom apartments in a couple of adjacent apartment buildings. As such, there is no centralized reception desk, and no way to get a hold of the manager if needed. Upon arriving, we went to the address listed on hotels.com, rang the buzzer, and spoke to a very confused person who didn't speak English. I suspect he was perhaps another guest. We waited outside for 15 minutes or so not knowing what else to do, and the manager came walking along and set us up with our room keys. She did not know the details of our reservation, and we had to show her our hotels.com confirmation so she knew the agreed upon price, our name or anything, really. There was a lot of confusion with our reservation. We later extended our stay a couple more days and she was again very confused, again no way to contact her to notify her of the change, no knowledge of our change, angry that we hadn't checked out by checkout time, had to show her the hotels.com reservation before she knew about it. Breakfast was a tray of somewhat grim cellophane wrapped cakes a little like Twinkies, delivered to the room the afternoon before. The shower was barely adequate. No wifi, even though it was advertised as having it. The double bed was two twins pushed together, which is typical for Italy, but in this case the mattress was so light that the two halves would scoot apart if we laid anywhere near the seam. Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the San Giovanni metro station.

einmal ist es kein hotel sondern ein appartment dass wo man sich küche und bad mit anderen fremden leuten teilen muss. die gegend ist eine der schlechtesten.....sehr dreckig, schmutzig und sehr sehr sehr laut da genau an der hauptstrasse...das bild des hotels im internet ist das bild des hotels gegenüber.anstatt frühstück bekommt man eingetütetes brot ,pflaumenmus und kaffee oder auch nur kekse...die ausstattung ist teilweise sehr schlecht da keine pfannen vorhanden,keine richtigen messer&&&.auf anfrage nach einer pfanne kam keine rückmeldung....serviceleute sprechen schlechtes englisch .in unserm appartment war erstmal auch der fernseher kaputt! wir mussten unnser appartment während des auffenthalts wechseln,wegen eines angeblichen "wasserschadens in der dusche..." später fanden wir herraus dass sie sich verbucht hatten und uns das falsche appartment gegeben haben...das haus ist von aussen total zerbröckelt...spezielle wünsche wurden nicht berücksichtigt bsp: rauchergelegenheit.....statt einem bestteltten einzelbett bekammen wir ein doppelbett... insgesamt sehr sher sehr sehr schlecht!
