Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Although I have mixed feelings with this hotel, The Hotel Brittania overall was a great experience. Staff were friendly and super accommodating. Many shops and restaurants are nearby which was nice. Entering the room everything was beautiful and nicely organized.
However, there were a few things that were frustrating…. Room phone did not work and after addressing it, nobody came to fix. It stayed like that throughout our whole stay. Shower was annoying to maneuver. They did not give us information on Wi-Fi. Everything felt very lazy.
We arrived late at night and Maria from the front desk was very sweet! She explained the free activities as well as how to navigate the city. She was so helpful and kind! We only had time to take part in one activity, the photography one with Virgilio. He was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and took us to visit different areas of the beautiful city!
Great little, convenient, safe and gorgeous hotel in the heart of Rome. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Restaurants they have recommended were fab! Especially the restaurant called The Station by Hespresso - the food is scrumptious!! Highly recommend the hotel for its outstanding service and I’ll definitely go back & stay there again!! 👍💯👍💯👍💯
Eleanor at front desk was amazing and so helpful in setting up transport to and from the airport! The guy that runs the breakfast service is amazing as well. Even made us to go breakfasts on days we left early!! Only thing is deluxe room was still quite small and air conditioning was not the best. 4/5 stars!
The rooms we booked were impressively decorated. We booked 2 separate rooms and got an upgrade on one. The character of rooms and hotel fits our Rome adventures.
There's tons of dining options within short walks.
The staffs were always friendly and polite.
The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options.
They even packaged our last morning breakfast as we left early for our next itenirary.
