I can't say enough good things about UNA Hotel Roma! The location is central to everything and is 2 min away from the Termini Station. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Will definitely book it again next time!

Nice hotels, clean rooms, close to train station.

Location: 5 minute walk from train station. 20 minute walk to coliseum.
Great hotel, close to train station if that is what you like. Sites are pretty walkable. Only downside was I was expecting a balcony when I reserved and I had a balcony that was 6 inches wide with doors that didn't open (by design).

Pros: location to train station
Location: Colosseum
Lovely hotel, Modern. Did not expect it to look like that in room. Nice size too. Within walking distance to train station which is why I chose it. Far from other sites though. We did see the Colosseum just a short walk from the hotel.

Clean and Spacious

Location: Near multiple restaurants within walking distance if you do not want to eat at the hotel. There was a little mini-market on the corner. Near train.
I will stay at Una Hotel anytime in the future. I stayed 3 nights and the room and staff were excellent. I was especially impressed at the multiple "unmarked" security people. I felt safe and protected. The room itself was excellent-clean, good shower, comfy bed, friendly housekeeping staff. I can't say enough about Una and I recommend it. I stayed at the Una in Rome.

Beautiful room, attentive staff

Pros: Cleanliness Amenities Staff Price
Cons: Cleaner grout in tub
Location: There are a ton of restaurants in the immediate area... lots of activity, but very touristy. Felt like a travel area rather than a neighborhood.
Had to stay just one night near the train station to make our morning plane back to the States. The location for that purpose was perfect. The check in was easy, the room was lovely. (Two caveats, grout in shower not super clean, also, some of the floor laminate was coming up near the window in the room when you walked on it.) Bed was great, linens spotless, shower/tub great. Having stayed in an apartment in Trastevere for the first part of our stay in Rome, I wouldn't recommend staying in this very business/tourist area, but it was perfect for our last night.

Great location in Rome!

This was our first time in Rome and the UNA hotel was a perfect choice. Lots of cafe's steps away and very close to the main train station and the hop on hop off buses.

Great Location

Pros: It's location. The atmosphere.
Location: Great location, close to the metro stop and main train station terminal. Can get around Rome easily from this location.
Clean room, nicely supplied. Nice breakfast buffet. Helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Was a great hotel until now.

Have stayed at Una twice before and had wonderful experiences. But this morning our group of two couples had to leave the hotel at 7:30 AM to catch our flight home. We planned breakfast at 7:00, but there were crowds of bus tour guests-simply too many people for the hotel to accommodate in the dining room. There were not enough tables, leaving a long line outside the dining room. The staff were overwhelmed with carrying all the luggage to the buses. We left the hotel without eating and very upset with the unpreparedness of the staff to cope with the numbers. Other options-earlier times, breakfast in overflow rooms/bar-should be made available. The lady manager of breakfast dining should understand that her job is to accommodate guests without giving them attitude. The hotel needs to upgrade maintenance like freeing bath tub drains, straightening lifted flooring, and painting stained walls. The noise of passing trolley cars, street musicians, and outdoor restaurants inhibit guests from having a quiet night's sleep. Having paid hundreds of dollars for a night's stay, we were very dIsappointed in the deteriorating quality of this once-excellent hotel.

Don't bother with this hotel

Room not clean enough... Toilet had not been flushed from the last occupant, chipped paint, dirty baseboards and odd marks on the wall near the bed light switch. I took pictures and sent to the hotel email ... It's been 5 days no answer. I asked for twin beds long story ...3 calls and 11 pm they finally came. Pillows very meager and too thin like IKEA. You get one pillow. Had to ask for more. When they moved the beds there was a lot of dust underneath. Badly damaged laminate floor. They need people checking rooms for wear and tear. Breakfast the ubiquitous powdered eggs, overly surgery deserts and underdone bacon and sausage. There are better places for the money and the rooms are small. Avoid!!

Excellent hotel in Rome
