Was a great hotel until now.

Have stayed at Una twice before and had wonderful experiences. But this morning our group of two couples had to leave the hotel at 7:30 AM to catch our flight home. We planned breakfast at 7:00, but there were crowds of bus tour guests-simply too many people for the hotel to accommodate in the dining room. There were not enough tables, leaving a long line outside the dining room. The staff were overwhelmed with carrying all the luggage to the buses. We left the hotel without eating and very upset with the unpreparedness of the staff to cope with the numbers. Other options-earlier times, breakfast in overflow rooms/bar-should be made available. The lady manager of breakfast dining should understand that her job is to accommodate guests without giving them attitude.
The hotel needs to upgrade maintenance like freeing bath tub drains, straightening lifted flooring, and painting stained walls.
The noise of passing trolley cars, street musicians, and outdoor restaurants inhibit guests from having a quiet night's sleep.
Having paid hundreds of dollars for a night's stay, we were very dIsappointed in the deteriorating quality of this once-excellent hotel.
