The room did not look anything like the listing photos and was very dirty (pills on the ground, stains on the bed, etc.). The place is a great location since it is about a 15 min walk to the train station and about 30 minutes to most sites. But cleanliness mattered more to us.

Decent stay
It is a pretty good hotel within the very tourist area - within walking distance to transportation including the train station, metro, and buses. A lot of local cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, linen was replaced every morning. The people working there were very friendly. There were vending and coffee machines in the hall. Nevertheless, some things could be better. The shower was very primitive and inconvenient. All bathroom equipment was very outdated.

At check in we were given a map and let’s of information since it was our first time in Rome. This was super helpful. Room was fine. Service was very good.

Pro: Staff was friendly. Close to public transport. Con: The property was run-down. The restroom was so tiny. The shower was even tinier (someone who is 150 lbs would not fit there). Our room didn't have AC and it was hot. We had to be moved to a different room.
