Great location-very close to train station. Found a restaurant two blocks away. Nice breakfast at hotel. Staff was very nice. If you want to be by the train station, would highly recommend!

We needed a hotel close to the station for an early train to an early flight and the Yes Hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Termini. The area is perfectly safe and Termini is a hub not only for trains but for the metro and virtually every bus line. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and there was an excellent breakfast.

Room was absolutely tiny, with the smallest hotel bed I've ever seen. Terrible breakfast. Very loud in hallway. Decent size bathroom and good coffee though. Would not stay again in a single room.

Small cozy rooms. Serviced daily so every evening we would return to a clean room. I was disappointed however that after I had cut my 7-night stay short to 6-nights, the hotel refused to return the extra day’s payment I had made in advance. They returned the city tax payment only.

2 mins walk from Roma Termini, the main terminal for trains and buses. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and friendly. Many halal eateries nearby. For a budget hotel, its well worth the value.

This small hotel is 6 mins from the hustle and bustle of the Roma Termini. The room was clean with the exception of a few stains on the bedsheet which I notice after my family had settled in. :(. I do want to add, I had stayed in 3 hotels during my 9 day vacation and Yes Hotel’s beds were the most comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft so thank you for that! I did not wake up with a backache during my stay!

Great location and staff
Staff was super friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. The price is a little bit higher and the rooms are very close to each other so any little bit noise (closing room doors, going to the elevators, etc you can hear it all) But overall a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

An overnight stay from Tuscany trip to return home. The location of the hotel is perfect. Only 5 minutes to the train station and nearby major tourist attractions. Typical boutique hotel size. The only issue I had with the hotel is the air conditioning. The temperature was set pretty low and there were no thermostat to adjust, and the room did not supply blankets. We were chilled from the air blowing.

If you’re looking for a basic hotel in a fairly decent location the hotel works. The room was basic and fairly small, but clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely, delicious pastries and coffee and juice. However, the walls are very thin, so if you’re looking for a lie in, you might struggle. The staff were also very loud whilst going about their duties, so I was woken every morning by loud talking between staff very early. The staff were fine, they said hello, much beyond that they weren’t overly interested.the hairdryer in the room broke, it was insinuated it working fine prior to my arrival before I had to go down and get a spare one myself. Nobody asked about our stay on leaving. For the time we were in the room, cost and location we would stay again. If you want a bit more luxury and customer service, I would look elsewhere.

We liked that this hotel is walking distance from Rome Termini train station. Also walking distance to many main attractions- such as Fountain of Trevi, Piazza del Popolo & piazza Venezia… etc.. Breakfast was very good- but is extra- 9 Euros per person. Close to many good restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is about five minutes walk from the Roma Termini Train Station once you start walking at Via Marsala. The street is very decent and safe. From Via Marsala take a right on Via Vicenza then left on Via Magenta. You’ll see the Yes Hotel at about 25 yards which is on the left side of the road.

This hotel is a gem. It is relatively inexpensive, but yet all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet even though it is only 2 blocks from the train station. The rooms look just like the photos on Expedia, and it is a fraction of the price of other hotels in the area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

He was very patient as we are all senior citizens who do not know how to use the GPS map guide. The room for four was small but convenient, clean and comfortable. AC was working. Beddings were clean n neat n beds were comfy enough. The bathroom was small as well but very clean. There was coffee and tea set on the table. TV and phone and yes, an elevator! All together, we will stay there again if we return to Rome n will recomend to our friends to book there! Also near metro stations and good restaurants, especially the one Ace recommended, Bramble. Try it, not far from hotel. Also two small grocery stores nearby for some of your immediate needs. Try it you’ll like it!
