“Everything was great.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……

“For what it is, it's a good place for those needing a place to sleep. The aluminum single pane windows along University allowed a considerable amount of noise in, and because of the construction of the building, I was awaken by the snoring of the person in the apartment below, and I am NOT a light sleeper.Overall, worth the price.”

“Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. “The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. ”

“We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code. Lockbox was located on a dark side of the property and we were lucky to have flashlights with us.Upon finally accessing the property we found it unclean and we ended……
