Summary: Enjoy this tiny home nestled among five acres of Catskills Forest on a two home lot, just a short distance from essential Catskills towns like Roscoe and Callicoon. The house is a newly built modern studio with a sleeping loft, kitchen, bathroom, wood stove, and large sundeck. It has a separate driveway from the second house on the lot, to maximize privacy for you and your group. Enjoy the wifi, luxury furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and Smart TV in our retreat from the city!
The Space: As you arrive to our secluded getaway, there are two separate driveways for each house. As you enter the studio home, the open living area includes living room set up and full kitchen, surrounded by large windows overlooking the forest, and high ceilings for a bright and airy feel. Enjoy the full bath, which includes a walk in shower and washer/dryer. Take in the outdoors and step outside of the kitchen and access the expansive observation wrap around observation deck.
Ready for bed? Sleeping arrangement includes a lofted king bed which is accessible by a ladder. Enjoy the sweeping views from elevated loft which features large windows and skylights.

You can actually rent both of the properties together if you would like! This can cause the internet to fluctuate and possibly not allow consistent connection.
