Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

“When my family and I arrived at the property, we had a problem immediately--the elevator that opens into the unit was broken, and there were no instructions on how to enter the unit if the elevator was broken. I called the property manager--they claim to answer in 5ish minutes, but I had to call them 8 times before someone picked up the phone, and no one answered me via dm on the app. Once I got ahold of someone at the management company, they did not have an answer for us, and had to call...
