Stuck in the 90s

Interesting hotel that did not live up to pictures or description. Room old and tired. Needs redo. No stopper for the tub so no bath possible. Clean enough but old carpet and tired beds. Convenient to freeway and free breakfast was ok.

Disgusting rooms and disorganized management

We booked our accommodation on Expedia 30 minutes before arrival. We arrived around midnight with our 4 young children. We were charged again at check in (hubby didn't realize we prepaid) and given a key to a room that was having mattresses replaced. There were 3 mattresses standing in the room and off the bed based and sheets on the sofa. My husband walked back to reception and received a key to another room. By this time we realized we'd been charged twice so he went back to deal with that while I moved the kids to another room. This next room stunk like urine!! It was foul. I called my husband and told him to get a different room. He came back with a key to the room next door. That room was another unfinished room with mattresses being replaced. I then went back to get another room. I got a key to the room next to the unfinished room. The key swipe was broken. Went back to reception again. The employee was really a nice guy. He walked with me this time with a key to the next room. He verified the magnet swipe to the previous room was broken. The next room finally was okay enough to sleep in. It still stunk but not as bad. This one though had a dirty toilet. So it took 5 rooms to finally get the kids to bed The next morning managemens solution was an apology and a promise to check all the rooms to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer. Overall, the inconvenience want the worst of it. The rooms are disgusting and stinky. Don't waste your money!!

Mediocre, but price is right

Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: Clean the curtains and carpet. New bed.
Room was old, Curtains dirty, carpet dirty and stained. Bathroom clean. Bed linens clean. Small room. Pretty quiet. One night to crash and go is probably fine.

Decent stop when passing through.

The hotel seems like a decent value, and I like the quaint courtyard set up. My only complaint would be the bathroom...super old and dirty. It works as a quick stop for people headed up and down the interstate.

Nice property

It’s a slightly dated property but very clean and functional. This was our second stay here after a stay back in 2015, both trips with the family bound for Disneyland. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was satisfying with a combination of hot (eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles) and cold choices. Just off the I5 it’s convenient and quick to access from the freeway. Will stay here again should we travel this way again in the future. Recommend.

Stayed 4 nights while fishing. Room was ok. Comfortable bed. No utensils, plates or bowls in the kitchenette. Had to use paper plates and plastic utensils from the complimentary breakfast bar. No WiFi. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Perfect, staying again on return pass-thru

Simple and quick check-in, choice of rooms and friendly staff both at night and during checkout. Even on Christmas Eve, everyone was friendly and attentive. I’m staying again on my return tonight.

Good Overnight Stop.

A comfortable overnight stop. Good room. Easy on/off access to I-5. Walkable distance to good restaurant which provides 20 % off to Quality Inn guests. Front desk staff very helpful.
