There were only 2 things that were good about our stay here. The Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful and second, the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, the hotel is rundown, really needs an update. The elevator was broken and we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs. The room was supposed to have 2 Queen beds, they were smaller than a full sized bed. 2 adults and 2 older children cannot share these beds. The room was tiny, the TV didn’t work in the room, the phone didn’t work and the bathroom was like taking a shower in a coffin… There was no breakfast, even though they said it was open until 9:30am, my husband went downstairs at 8:00am, there was a sign that said, Cafe closed… nothing was out.. So disappointed, Will not stay there again.

Our entire team’s goal is to ensure that you have an exceptional stay! We are so glad we hit that mark. We do offer two different room types with 2 beds in them. The Stardard 2 Doubles with 2 double sized beds as well as the 2 Queen Suite which has 2 queen sized beds a fold out couch and offers a lot more space for bigger families.We sincerely apologize that the elevator was out of order. We did get it fixed and is now operational. We do offer a hot breakfast from 6am - 9:30am on a daily basis that included fresh made eggs, make your own waffles, country potatoes, cereal, fruit, yogurt and many more options. I will review with my team how you got the impression that it was closed.Thank you for your feedback so that we can make improvements for the future.We hope to see you again the next time you are in Roseburg Oregon!

Refrigerator has food items remaining from previous visitors. Surfaces inside refrigerator was dirty. Thin walls transfer noise i.e. voices, tv and slamming doors. Definitely sub-standard for the price. Would not recommend to others.

The bed was soft but firm. Bedding was clean and pristine. The room was very quiet with the occasional loud car driving by but was not a nuisance at night. Have stayed at this hotel twice a year apart and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again in the future. Definitely lives up to its name of Sleep Inn, had really great nights of sleep.

Unpleasant Stay
TV , microwave and phone did not work. Towel hook in the bathroom was falling off. Shower head had a continuous drip. Linens were thread bare, mine had a burn hole in it. Breakfast potatoes were cold. Clerk offered to move us to a new room after we had him come and try to get the tv to work. We were already unpacked and tired so we stayed in the room.

Nice simple room! Good grassy area for our dogs. Front staff was very nice at check in. In the same parking lot as an Applebees and right across I5 from in-n-out. Wish the room had a bathtub, but the shower is roomy. Nice desk and chair for if you needed to work.

Lovely overnight stay
We stayed here overnight on our way south. The room was very spacious and clean. We were given the room with the disability bathroom and unfortunately the shower had to be held as the clip to have hands free was broken. Was this enough to spoil our stay or lower our review? No. The breakfast, as others stated, was excellent. For price, would recommend.

Older property kept up very well. Staff was very efficent. They worked to keep it sanitary. I was very happy with the visit here.

Staff was great! Room was great! My only complaint is no WiFi reception inside room 402. I was able to connect in the hallway and lobby. but not inside my room. I would stay again...just in a more wifi receptive room. Thanks

It was meant to be a value stay. And while it wasn't glamorous, it greatly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was superb, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower was spacious and well jetted.
